Editor's notes: Because of Obama's cowardly refusal to enforce his "red line" threat, 500,000 Syrians have been murdered and another 11 million have become refugees and without a home. "We" have been warning folks about this decision, the resulting loss of life and the displacement of millions of folks, left to wonder through the desert without a home and without hope.

Good to know that Kerry just helped to insure that this failure becomes a part of the Obama Legacy.
