Hollande, President of France,  refused to stop using the term "radical Islamic terror,"  so Obama politely turned his back on the man, but,  before Hollande,  Barack returned the bust of Churchill in an obvious slap in the fact to Britian.  When Hollande decided to act as if he owed nothing to Barack Obama, Obama returned to England and David Cameron.  Now that Britain has rejected Obama's pleas for continued globalism and a One World government,  there is nowhere to go but into the arms of Chancellery Merkel for validation as a leader on the world's stage.  So much for leading from behind   . . . .   a rather infantile concept from its beginning. 

And his 61 member Mid-East Alliance,  designed to destroy ISIS, was only a figment of his feckless imagination.   That's why ISIS has spread to more than 100 countries,  has a fighting force of 25,000 in Norther Iraq and Syria,  5,000 in Somalia and 8,000 in Libya  and has spread terror to Europe and the United States of America.
