Obama mocks GOP for an alleged  fear of (Syrian) widows and orphans...

Question:  So,  why did he stand by and watch 350,000 Syrian and Iraqi women and children being murdered,  beheaded,  raped and burned alive?  He can mock all he wants,  but he is the greatest coward of all.  Period.

  1. Radical Islam didn't seem to be much of a worry to that great neocon patriarch, Reagan, when he was arming the Mujahideen to kill those pesky secular Ruskie Commies fighting in Afghanistan in the 80s. Seemed that the radical Islamists were his compadres back then.
And W didn't mind hanging around with radical Islamists before 9/11. The Bin Ladens were such close family friends that he ignored warnings about an imminent radical Islamic attack in our country...and made sure that, after the attack, his dear friends were quickly flown back to Saudi Arabia to escape questioning by American authorities.
Seems to me that radical Christians and radical Islamists are cut from the same mold...and a "secular" government is the last thing either of them want their countries to have.

Now, neocon politicians are howling and stirring up fear and anger in their base to "kick ass" in Syria. Didn't work out so well for them in Iraq, but they don't seem to be able to learn from history...unless it's so profitable for their military subcontractor cronies that they don't care how many people they kill.

    1. Reagan was busy winning the Cold War, and he did. Bush was busy winning the Iraqi War, and he did. And Obama has been busy defeating the United Stated from the inside out.

  2. If we ban refugees, we should ban whites males from owning guns because they are 10X more likely to murder. .

Of the 859,629 refugees admitted from 2001 onwards, only three have been convicted of planning terrorist attacks on targets outside of the United States and none was successfully carried out. That is one terrorism-planning conviction for a refugee for every 286,543 of them who have been admitted. To put that in perspective, about 1 in every 22,541 Americans committed murder in 2014. The terrorist threat from Syrian refugees in the United States is hyperbolically over-exaggerated and we have very little to fear from them because the refugee vetting system is so thorough. http://www.cato.org/blog/syrian-refugees-dont-pose-serious-security-threat

    3. Let me get this right: You write above that only three out of 859,000 refugees proved to terrorists, but turn around and argue that they are a problem. Which is it, and why do you think this is a GOP issue? They bought guns after a security check written by Democrats.
