Say what you will about our court systems. I think its 90% that they work for the people, eventually. Forcing the Baltimore presecutor to be fair and responsible is proof of a viable court system.

<<<  This anti-white,  anti-cop babe can no longer pollute the jury pool via her public statements and the hiding of evidence she plans on using in the coming trial.

Baltimore Sun:    A judge has denied the request of State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby to keep attorneys in the Freddie Case from publicizing evidence before the trial.Mosby, who is prosecuting six police officers in Gray’s death, wanted a court hearing to argue for a protective order that would bar the release of any evidence — or, if the officers’ attorneys agreed, to post all of it online.Mosby said she was concerned that the defense attorneys would leak only evidence that supported their clients’ defense, jeopardizing the ability to conduct a fair trial.

    1. Roe v Wade relied on deception. Norma Leah McCorvey was "Roe" and later disavowed her role in this legal deception. ObamaCare's passage relied on a totality of lies and deception (its how Progressives roll) but the victory was not complete. The Court gave the individual states the right to opt out and 34 states did just that. Only 6 states have an enrollment system that works as planned and the program is running hundreds of millions in the red after two years. Since it is not a "civil rights" issue, but a tax, there is much than can be done to bring this failing program in check. .
