  1. Unemployment is now 5.5% in the U.S., down significantly from 6.3% at this point last year. There were 5.4 million job openings in the U.S. in April -- the highest number of openings in 15 years. It is a record high since the Bureau of Labor Statistics began tracking monthly job openings in December 2000.

    1. "Ahead of schedule?" What are you talking about and who's schedule? Certainly not Obama's. 5% unemployment was his promise for 2010. If that is ahead of schedule, get some help taking your meds on time.
