Center piece? Seriously? It is well documented, folks, within and outside the Administration, that Obama has no strategy for defeating ISIS, either in Syria or in Iraq. Heck, we only fly 4 meaningful bombing missions a day and have yet to learn the identities of the 60 member coalition supposedly in the fight against ISIS. And with the events of the past several weeks, we now know that Iraq, as it was handed to Barack Obama, no longer exists. He has squandered the victory 4,000 Americans died to secure. Look, when the fantasy/unnamed coalition, does not bother to return phone calls from those willing to fight and destroy the malignancy, you know the politicians in charge, are only playing word games. This Progressive Bunch currently in power, are ideologues who actually believe in "peace at any price" (a phrase that is, in reality, an oxymoron), to the point that they will abandon the sacrifices of thousands of our soldiers, create rules of engagement responsible for the deaths of hundred To make matters worse, the current leadership is delusional, thinking that it can pronounce "peace on earth" into existence, without the finality of applied military force. Yet, this is exactly what Obama did, over the recent Memorial Weekend . . . . . bragging about the ridiculous "fact" that this past Memorial Day marked the "first time in 15 years that America was not at war," while it still has troops in Afghanistan and fighting, 3,500 troops in Iraq and fighting, with U.S. embassies around the world being forced into closing, the loss of Yemen, Somalia, Iraq as it was given to Obama, the newly divided Syria, the sad surrender of Libya and parts of Africa to Boko Haram (an al Qaeda extension and ISIS partner), an expanding China recently declaring its willingness to wage an "inevitable" war with the United States, a free and sovereign Cuba and extended arm of Russian imperialism, a soon to be "nuclear Iran," and on and on.
There is no substitute for reality. Understand that in addition to the Memorial Day announcement, Obama has taken opportunity to state that the world, under his leadership, is more at peace than at anytime in the past several decades (!). Yes, he actually believes that he has brought "peace on Earth." Hopefully, the American voter will see the delusion and vote, accordingly, this coming election cycle.
Note: add this article to the delusion that is the Obama Administration: While nobody was looking, the Islamic State launched a new, deadly offensive.

(From the Daily Beast): A centerpiece of the U.S. war plan against ISIS is in danger of collapsing. A key rebel commander and his men are ready . . . to pull out in frustration of the U.S. program to train a rebel army to beat back the terror group in Syria, The Daily Beast has learned.
The news comes as ISIS is marching on the suburbs of Aleppo, Syria's second-largest city. Rebels currently fighting the jihadists there told The Daily Beast that the U.S.-led coalition isn't even bothering to respond to their calls for airstrikes to stop the jihadist army . . . . .
“We submitted the names of 1,000 fighters for the program, but then we got this request to promise not to use any of our training against Assad,” Sejari, a founding member of the Revolutionary Command Council, said. “It was a Department of Defense liaison officer who relayed this condition to us orally, saying we’d have to sign a form. He told us, ‘We got this money from Congress for a program to fight ISIS only.’ This reason was not convincing for me. So we said no.”
