What if we held an "Arab Summit" and no one came? Well, that is kind-of what happened last Wednesday. So much for leading from behind.

With nothing but questions and outspoken resistance to the Obama/Iranian nuclear “deal,”  last Wednesday’s much acclaimed “Arab summit” was a marked failure.  Very few headlines came out of this gathering with no representative from the six nations invited to Camp David,  making statements of support for this “deal.”

While the Left makes excuses for the poor attendance,  the fact remains that there are no excuses for the absence of the King of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Only the monarchs of Kuwait and Qatar were in attendance.  The remaining four monarchs  (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Oman) were nowhere to be seen,,  with Bahrain and the Saudi’s in absentia,  without excuse or apology.

The problem?  The “deal,” itself.  No one trusts Obama in these negotiations.  As per this arrogant piece of flesh,  his decision as to these negotiations,  is the only decision that matters,  to the exclusion of all parties in the Middle East (including Israel,  Jordan,  and Lebanon).  His arrogance stinks,  but,  then,  this is not about “peace,” but rather,  about Obama’s “legacy.”  Once the deal is done,  he will brag and brag about doing something other presidents have failed to do   . . . . .   when,  in fact, he has only enabled Iran to enter the nuclear arms race.  He has sat on his skinny butt for six years,  allowing this domain of terror to build its nuclear capabilities,  sanctions and empty rhetoric,  not withstanding.

If Obama could blush,  we could argue that this incident (the failed Camp David meeting on Wednesday)  was a gross embarrassment to the man.  But he is incapable of being embarrassed.  Because he has no clue just out ignorant he looks,  he marches on with his “I am changing the world” nonsense.

Sadly,   we have to wait until 2017 before we can begin to repair any of the damage done to this once proud nation.
