There will be more on this in the very near future, but know this: today's unanimous "smack down" includes his own appointees - all declaring that this man is working or trying to work, outside the limitations of Constitutional law . . . . . period. Because he is a failure as to compromise and congressional diplomacy, the worst president in this regard, on record, does not allow him to circumvent his Constitutional duties and the limitations set in stone, by our Founders. Again, be you think to criticized the Court, remember that his own two appointees and Justice Ginsburg are partners in this slap to the face of this president.
In fact, the High Court has rejected Administration positioning more than 65% of the time, another American record for a sitting president.
Understand that his man claims to be a "Constitutional expert," having taught "Constitutional law for 10 years" at Columbia. Of course, he fails to tell folks that he was only a "summer school teacher," at Columbia, teaching 3 courses in the summer for 12 years, total. He has not written a single paper dealing with Constitutional issues, peer-reviewed or otherwise. He has not published an issue related book or spoken as a featured Constitutional expert. In fact, his only books are about himself.
His dismal record before the High Court demonstrates his gross disqualification as to the claim of Constitutional expertise, his failures in this regard mounting to the laughable state.
