Lerner has admitted to targeting conservatives groups but
nether she nor IRS staff at any level, has moved to curtail such activity . . . . . .
the bias against conservative organizations continues to be a demonstrative
issue and this latest headline is, yet,
another example of what must be considered “typical” for the largest
militarized tax collection agency in the world.
The crux of the matter is this: ““The American Legion has recently learned of
the so-called IRS ‘audit manual’ and is concerned that portions of it attempt
to amend statutes passed by Congress and approved by the president,” American
Legion legal counsel Philip Onderdonk, Jr. told The Daily Caller. The DC article goes on to place blame for this subversive activity at the feet of Lois Lerner.
Sadly, with Obama and
the Progressive Majority that surrounds his Administration, we are dealing with those willing to abuse
the power that is embedded in their various organizations and agencies, to end public debate and punish those who
will not surrender to the collective concerns of the social justice crowd.
The battle between the two factions will be waged within our court system, and, I
believe, will be eventually and substantially won by those who pursue the
continuation of Constitutional law.
Lois
Learner is not a “constitutionalist,”
and is quickly earning the reputation of being a traitor to that
cause. In other words, she is an "American" only because she claims to be an American. Her allegiance is not to accepted Constitutional protections and in that failing, I, again, suggest that she is not "American" at all but one of many who have become the collective "enemy within."
