80,000 folks stayed home rather than attend the King Day "I Had A Dream" ceremonies held in DC, on Wednesday.

Last Friday,  August  23rd,  Obama was interviewed by the morning show on CNN.  That cable network came in at #3 for the morning ratings hour and did not exceed its average viewership with or without Obama.

Yesterday,  August 28th,  Obama spoke to 20,000 folks celebrating the 50 year after Martin Luther King;s “I have a dream speech  . . . . . . . . . a disturbing 80,000 fewer attendees than was predicted.

What is happening to the Black Political Movement in America?  In 2008, there was hope that Blacks would play a long lasting and significant role in American politics,  despite the fact that they represent only 14% of the general population.    But in 2012,  nearly 13 million Democrat voters stayed away from the polls,  giving Obama 51% of the popular vote. And,  Wednesday,  Americans made it clear that the Black Movement was just that,  a black movement.  It has lost its cross culture appeal,  primarily because Americans are tired of the anger and false accusations coming from this power base.

Rather than using his ethnicity,  coming from a "mixed" marriage, to govern as one tearing down race barriers  Obama has chosen to forsake his white grandparents,  trading them in for the black Chicago culture of confrontation and race baiting.

As an small time editor,  I neither listened to his Wednesday speech nor do I intend on reporting on the details of that speech  . . . . . . .  we all have heard this speech a dozen times,  before.

The man has no new ideas,  no sense of direction with regard to either his domestic policies or his foreign policies,  and,  as a consequence,  has not realized a single political victory for more than a year.  And,  Democrats openly fear that matters are only going to get worse,  come November of 2014.

Scandal after scandal,  a brain-dead war in Afghanistan, a comprehensive and feckless foreign policy,  and just plain arrogance,  has spelled the end to Obama's presidency,  three years before it is officially over.

America was in love with this man in 2008,  but his decision to work for the extinction of the conservative voice has left him without any moral authority and with no notable future.  His presidency has devolved little more than fodder for the late night comedy shows.  Sad.  And to think of the dozens of qualified black leaders that could have served the US Presidency with distinction.
