<<< “It’s going to be like 2010, but this time around we need to
shake up the GOP machine that tries to orchestrate away too much of the will of
constitutional conservatives who don’t give a hoot how they do it in D.C.,” -- Sarah Palin
The Hill.com reported today,
that former Alaska Gov. Sarah
Palin (R) will speak at next month’s Conservative
Political Action Conference (CPAC).
“We are
pleased to again welcome Governor Sarah Palin to CPAC in March,” American
Conservative Union (ACU) Chairman Al Cardenas said in a statement. “Governor
Palin electrified the crowd in 2012 and we are thrilled to welcome her back
this year.”
In making this announcement,
the ACU is offering a clear statement of endorsement, not only of Gov. Palin, but the teaparty constituency that is under
attack by its own party.
The idiot decision to ignore Palin at the RNC, in 2012,
may have cost the GOP three million or more votes, in the election. Her absence was seen as a designed event by
many conservatives. Three million votes
would have won the election for Romney.
There can be no doubt that Palin's presence at this year's CPAC event is a worrisome eventuality. Many of the RINO Herd will be present and Palin is very much aware of that fact. She cannot be unaware of Boehner's efforts to clean the House of teaparty influence, or Karl Rove's decision to moderate the GOP primaries.
Palin said she was looking forward to helping back
conservative candidates in the 2014 election.
“It’s going to be like 2010, but this time around we need to
shake up the GOP machine that tries to orchestrate away too much of the will of
constitutional conservatives who don’t give a hoot how they do it in D.C.,”
