Who won the debate? According to a CNN after-debate poll, Ryan won 48 to 44.

CNN measured the number of low points for each candidates: as far as high points, Biden scored on 5 of his points while Ryan scored on 8 of his arguments. On the negative side, Ryan's only negative was his comments on abortion. Biden saw 8 of his argument as "negative."

More than this, Biden laughed or interrupted Ryan, 83 times. In fact, at times, it appeared to this observer that Biden was about to laugh out loud on several occasion. Very dismissive, very arrogant.
