Jon Corzine is the chief player in this scandal, an “in your face” decision by Obama and his minions at “Justice” have decided that stolen customer funds, 1.5 billion in total, is criminal on its face and, “certainly not deserving of criminal persecution.”

You must understand that the disappearance of 1.5 billion in customer funds is a felony and is “illegal,” even before any investigation is completed. Understand that what I am saying is this, the DOJ was investigating a criminal offense. There is no question about that . . . . . . . . none.

Understand that Jon Corzine was past governor of New Jersey (Chris Christie is now governor) and a major bundler/donor to the the Obama ’08 campaign.

And in these facts, you have the reason(s) for a white flag as to this prosecution. The DOJ’s decision not to prosecute is criminal, in and of itself, and sends a message to investors and depositors that “favoritism” is more important to the Obama Administration than justice and fairness.

We have a president who is above the law and unwilling to step down from his felonious activity.
