Point of post: to confirm the fact that there has never been a change of requirement coming from the Obama Administration. The real news story is this: Obama has refused to compromise his requirement to religious institutions.
I have included a copy of my post to Fox News:

I say this:
The Church, directly, was never going to pay; the Church's insurance always had that charge.
In your reporting, the implied news is that Obama's first charge required the Catholic Church todirectly pay for contraception. Are you all expecting us commoners to believe that the Church was being required to pay for contraception apart from its insurance policy participation ???
Obama's "accommodation" does nothing. The verbiage of the law is exactly the
same today as it was before the "accommodation." He only changed the way he framed
his order.
It has always been about the Church's insurance policy. Nothing has changed. Of course, the Church rejected the "accommodation." Why? Because it changed nothing about how the Church was to participate in the supply to contraception.
Am I wrong?
J Smithson
