Who has benefited the most in the ebb and flow of GOP presidential politics?

Surprising, the answer to our headlined question is not Mitt Romney. Rather , it is Sarah Palin and Herman Cain. Understand that Cain is fighting for "name recognition" and has jumped in the polls from a 2% margin to the present 8%. Palin has experienced an equally gratifying rise in the polls, up from 9 to 11 percent to a very respectable 15% . I personally do not believe that Newt or Ron Paul have a chance at the GOP nomination, nor do I believe the conservative hero, Michele Bachmann, is in a good position although she may make a "go" of it. Time will tell. Jon Huntsman is no conservative and has no chance, either. No one knows who Gary Johnson is (previous conservative Governor of New Mexico as is Jon Huntsmann).
