Good news for Palin: Nearly 40% of Vanity Fair liberals think she would be an average to effective President.

59 percent think Palin lacks ability to be effective as president — Almost three out of five Americans believe former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) would not be an effective president, a new poll found Monday. — 59 percent of U.S. adults said they don't think Palin, the 2008 Republican . . . . .

Editor's notes: this is a 60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll. . . . . . . . say this three times out loud: "60 Minutes/Vanity Fair poll."

Point of post: to make the argument that this is actually good news for the Governor. It means that 41% of the libs who read Vanity Fair either think Palin would do a good job or are, at least, thinking about it. Midknight Review is not convinced that Palin is going to run for the presidency. But, we are convinced that her decisions as president would be in line with the will of the people; that she would not be about spending us into the next life; and she would stop the constant placating and support of the Muslim populations of the world.

Polls such as this prove only one thing: the continued ability of the Marxist Media to influence elections. Ask yourself this: when was the last time you read a report of Palin's positions on issues?
