Forget about Obama - what do the PEOPLE think about the Arizona law?

Editor's notes: According to the most recent FoxNews Opinion Poll, when it comes to the future of the Arizona law, opposed by Mr. Obama without having even read the new law, and he is a lawyer, the American people polled 64% in favor of allowing the law to continue. Only 15% thought the law should be taken down before anyone knows how it will be implemented. Fifteen percent !! Understand that 12% of the population will believe anything you tell it. Anyone out there in Lala Land still think this will backfire on the GOP ?? Only if the law is, in fact, used to push racial profiling. Understand that in most states, it is illegal to be in the public square without some type of legal identification. This editor lives in the very liberal State of California. If you do not have legal ID, you will be ticketed. And how do the "authorities" come to find out you do not have ID ? They ask for your papers - here in the Socialist State of California. They cannot ask for the sake of asking. You must first be in violation of some law (speeding, hit and run, stopped in a "trap" designed to take drunk drivers off the road, etc.). -- jds
