The Obama administration doesn't know yet where it's going to try Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators, Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday, adding that New York is "not off the table."

"No final decision has been made about the forum which Khalid Shei kh Mohammed and his co-defendants will be tried. As I said at the outset, this is a very close call," Holder told the Senate Judiciary Committee. end of text.

Editor's notes: you should know that Holder is nothing but an emissary of Mr. Obama. Secondly, it is commonly understood that Holder/Obama believe Bush and Company to be war criminals. It is their plan to make the trial of KSM a trial about the criminality of Bush and by extension, the GOP. Under the Obama/Holder administration, in power for more than a year, the DOJ has, yet, to file charges on KSM.

Let's put this bit of insanity into context, shall we ? They, the Bobsy Twins, have selected the site of the trial (New York City), the nature of the trial (civilian as opposed to military), the result of the trial (announcing that KSM will be convicted) and the sentencing decision of the trial (KSM will be executed say Obama and Holder on separate occasions) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . BUT they have yet to file charges on the man. Does anyone understand just convoluted this is ????
