From NBC's Jim Miklaszewski and Mark Murray
U.S. military officials tell NBC News that the U.S. Army will court martial a lieutenant colonel who refuses to deploy to Afghanistan because he considers orders from President Obama to be "illegal."

Editorial notes: They call them "birthers" but that is not the fact. This name calling by the Left is intended to be a distraction from the actual issue. Midknight Review believes what those who are concerned about Obama's birth place are "righteous" and have a right to ask and a Constitutional expectancy to be given undeniable proof of this man's citizenship.
If things go as the Constitutionalists hope, the courts will demand an offer of proof with regard to Obama's birthplace. We will keeps tabs on this trial. It could be significant. -- jds.
