After three years, "too big to fail" is still too big. Dodd/Frank is an unaccomplished failure and an extension of this Administrations feckless and knee-jerk policies.

"Federal regulators" - unelected staffers within the federal government -  have  written 13,789 pages and 15 million words in implementing the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation, and reporting tells us they have written no more than 47% of the bill. The bills primary purpose was to create an environment that made "too big to the fail" almost an impossibility.  H Obama promised that the September, 2008 financial collapse would never happen again,  because of Dodd/Frank.  The Volcker Rule,  the heart and soul of this new legislation,  has yet to be implemented in the writing of the bill continues ad infinity.    While we wait and wait for this monstrosity to be finally written  (perhaps five years from now),  the largest banks are only getting larger and the smaller institutions are running out of money needed for compliance.

McCain versus Palin in Wyoming in 2014 ????

Breitbart.com:  Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), appearing on CNN's State of the Union, gave Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY) "strong support" in his upcoming primary challenge against Liz Cheney, daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

While acknowledging that everyone has a right to challenge incumbents, McCain said that he and most of his Republican colleagues would support Enzi, calling the three-term Senator the "epitome of a workhorse in the Senate."

Editor’s notes:  Of course we all know why McCain supports Enzi  -  Liz Chaney is Teaparty and strong willed and truly conservative.  Does the teaparty influence have enough clout to unseat an active and well thought of RINO?  Will Palin through her support behind Enzi in a first time confrontation with her presidential running mate,  John McCain.  We wait and watch.  

Report proves that racism is rampant within the Department of Justice.

Judicial Watch took a leading role in uncovering racism inside the Holder Department of Justice (DOJ), especially pertaining to the DOJ’s controversial decision to abandon its own voter intimidation lawsuit against the New Black Panther Party for Self Defense, that threatened and intimidated white voters outside a polling station in Philly on Election Day 2008.

You may recall, we were able to show through documented evidence that contrary to testimony of head of the DOJ’s Voting Rights Section, Thomas Perez, before Congress, political appointees inside the Justice Department were involved in this decision to dispose of this case. (Perez had blamed the matter on two “career” officials. Holder later repeated the lie.)

And why did Holder and Perez want the Black Panther case dismissed? Because they, and others inside Justice, do not believe that voting rights laws should be equally applied to all races, including whites.

The Justice Department scoffed at our findings. Justice officials vehemently denied them in the halls of Congress and in numerous press interviews.

But we knew the truth. Of course, we had the evidence. But we also had a court victory. Judge Reggie B. Walton ruled in a JW FOIA lawsuit seeking Black Panther records that the documents we had thus far uncovered “appear to contradict Assistant Attorney General Perez’s testimony [before the commission] that political leadership was not involved” in the decision to dismiss the NBPP case.

So we did not necessarily need the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) to confirm what we already knew – that Justice officials were engaging in widespread reverse discrimination. (The IG tried to soften the blow by using phrases such as “deep ideological polarization” and a “disappointing lack of professionalism,” but this is fairly saucy language by government report standards.)

But for those so-called “mainstream media” types who chose to ignore the evidence and buy the administration’s lies, a newly released OIG report on the Black Panther scandal must have come as quite a shock to the system. . . . .  continue reading here.  

"Black justice" has little to do with facts; only pride and prejudice. The Hispanic Zimmerman case is proof.

Turns out that only 20% of the non-white population followed the Zimmerman trial “closely,”  which 56% of blacks did the same (PEW Research Poll). 

Never forget the four minutes between Zimmerman's first encounter with Travon and the second,  when Travon approached Zimmerman,  asked what he was doing, hit him, breaking his nose and knocking him to the ground.  There is no testimony showing Zimmerman throwing a punch,  even in self defense.  Court testimony had Travon hitting Zimmerman at least six times.  Zimmerman howlered for help for 15 to 20 seconds,  thinking there were cops on campus, and, proving that his first thoughts were not about using his gun.  

The first reports in the media included washed pictures of Zimmerman totally without blood on his face or the back of his head.  NBC altered the 9.1.1 tape to make it sound as though Zimmerman had profiled the young Martin for being black,  when, in fact,  this was not the case. And CNN continues to call Zimmerman a "white Hispanic."   Zimmerman is preparing a lawsuit against NBC as we write this post.  

Most disturbing of all,  is the fact that the angry black nation has turned this shooting,  between a Mexican and a black,  a white man's hate crime.  And you all wonder why so many are buying guns and ammunition?

Does anyone believe Obama was profiled and frightened passer-bys, 35 years ago ?

Before he went "authentic black,"  we have Obama in the hood at Punahou Prep School in Hawaii,  back in the days when he was using the rich man's drug,  cocaine, and drinking his way through the last two years of high school,  according to his own report in Dreams of My Father.  I "drank heavily"  and "tried drugs enthusiastically,"  were his exact words.  In fact,  he was raised a well-to-do white kid,  with a flare for white women and fancy clothes,  and,  until very recently,  was someone folks enjoyed listening to.   

How irrelevant can a president get . . . . . not to mention his first lady?

Of the 42 headlines on Drudge and the 33 on Memeorandum,  only one was about H Obama and that was a negative story in a Leftist publication:

Would you trust thousands of low-level Federal bureaucrats and contractors with one-touch access to your private financial and medical information? Under Obamacare you won’t have any choice.

As the Obamacare train-wreck begins to gather steam, there is increasing concern in Congress over something called the Federal Data Services Hub. The Data Hub is a comprehensive database of personal information being established by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to implement the federally facilitated health insurance exchanges. The purpose of the Data Hub, according to a June 2013 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, is to provide “electronic, near real-time access to federal data” and “access to state and third party data sources needed to verify consumer-eligibility information.” 

In these days of secret domestic surveillance by the intelligence community, rogue IRS officials and state tax agencies using private information for political purposes, and police electronically logging every license plate that passes by, the idea of the centralized Data Hub is making lawmakers and citizens nervous.

They certainly should be; the potential for abuse is enormous. The massive, centralized database will include comprehensive personal information such as income and financial data, family size, citizenship and immigration status, incarceration status, social security numbers, and private health information. It will compile dossiers based on information obtained from the IRS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, the Veterans Administration, the Office of Personnel Management, the Social Security Administration, state Medicaid databases, and for some reason the Peace Corps. The Data Hub will provide web-based, one-stop shopping for prying into people’s personal affairs. . . . . .  

Obama makes a preposterous claim and adds fuel to the racist fires coming from the Progressive Black Caucus.

Today at 2:00 pm,  est,  Mr. Obama stood before the cameras,  and claimed to have been harassed by the cops and treated as some sort of scary black man by white people,  in his younger days.  

Understand this:  Barack Obama was raised as a privileged white kid.  He did not grow up in the "hood,"  nor does he share in any of the experiences of today's blacks.  He was no athlete in high school, a student who spent the last two years of high school stoned and drunk,  according to his own written words.  He is a white/black academic with the commonsense of an egg plant and the honesty of a kid in trouble.  

His presser,  this morning,  simply adds to the sense of irrelevancy we all share as to his presidency.  

To keep the Zimmerman case "open,"  when all legal minds know there is no civil rights case to be found,  is nothing short of a strategy designed to keep the IRS and Benghazi scandals from media scrutiny  . . . .  and it is working.  

Indeed,  as of this morning,  it is clear that he is this nation's first angry black president,  not able to transcend the divide between black and white,  not even wanting to make that transition.
