Tea Party Group Hit With Death Threats...

One of Washington's principal supporters of the Tea Party movement, former GOP Majority Leader Dick Armey's FreedomWorks, has been receiving death threats and profanity-laced phone calls as it gets involved in the fall elections. The number and intensity have reached such heights that the organization is leaving its downtown location near the FBI and moving to a high-security building near the U.S. Capitol.

"FreedomWorks and Dick Armey receive dozens of threatening and harassing calls and E-mails each day. Many imply violence and use of weapons," spokesman Adam Brandon tells Whispers. "As we get closer to the election we expect the harassment to increase."

Editor's notes: the party that gave us the SEIU and ACORN thugs, the party that invented and "staffed" the KKK, is now busy trying to threaten the TEA Party folks out of existence. Understand that for every 200 acts of lawlessness recorded by the Left, there is 1 act of lawlessness from the Conservative side of the aisle. That is a fact of life. It is something that was not so obvious before this political cycle (beginning with the election of Obama).

Understand that it is Marxism that foster open rebellion and civil unrest AS A MATTER OF AGENDA. It is a part of the way "meaningful revolution" takes place from a Marxist point of view.

(CNSNews.com) – Environmental activists are pressing the Obama administration to ban the manufacture, processing and distribution lead shot, bullets, and fishing sinkers under the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976, but hunting and Second Amendment groups say the EPA lacks the authority to do so, for starters.

A petition submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency on Aug. 3 says ammunition and tackle manufacturers are now marketing a wide variety of non-lead, nontoxic bullets, shotgun pellets and fishing tackle, which can and should be used instead of lead projectiles and weights. . . . . .

Editor's notes: not one person reading this news story can come up with a single environmental problem from lead fishing weights or lead bullets. The EPA needs a legislative revamping some time soon. They are simply out of control. They probably still think we need to save the trees ---- when there are more trees in this country today than there was 200 years ago.

An Irksome Arrangement: Glenn Beck Uses Charitable Donations To Pay For Restoring Honor Rally — This Saturday, the polarizing Fox News pundit Glenn Beck is hosting his Restoring Honor Rally in Washington, DC. Even though conservative celebrity and “potential 2012 presidential candidate" . . .

Editor's notes: from Think Progress, this article appeared in one of our news portals. The editor of TP is attempting to create a scenario in which Beck is not only a blowhard, but a crook -- misusing the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) to pay for the 8/28 event, as if there was something wrong with that. In terms of who benefits from this event, this is a SOWF event. We have included the following paragraph from the same Think Progress article. In the following TP quote, make note that SOWF spokeswoman, Rosenthal, sees the event as her event. In the end, SOWF was responsible for the cost of the event if if if Beck could not raise enough money with the sales of various political "prizes" sold off in an auction. But, he was able to cover the cost of the event with this auction (among other things). What TP does not know, because it does not bother to interview Mr. Beck before writing this article, is that Beck guaranteed the HE would cover the cost if he could not raise the money via the auction. He made that statement two days ago on his televised show. Think Progress fails to note this circumstance. It also fails to mention that SOWF has no complaints about the handling of these funds. It is only the mindless "concern" of the clowns at TP.

Anyone see a problem from SOWF's point of view? Of course not, but, apparently that is not important to the TP clowns. Also, one other minor point: the hyperlink to Beck's threat to supposedly "misuse" existing funding does not take you to any statement supporting the TP accusation.

Frederic Frommer, of the Associated Press, has written a most interesting article pitting the fiction of the Obama/Biden Summer of Recovery claims against the truth:

The facts: While the Recovery Act has helped increase renewable energy, the fact that it is a one-time jolt makes it difficult to project that the growth will continue for the next couple of years. George Sterzinger, executive director of the Renewable Energy Policy Project, a Washington think tank that promotes renewable energy, said the Recovery Act's cash grant program for renewable energy projects "jump-started a lot of stuff. Editor's notes: Understand that nearly all of the Obama "alternative energy" strategies are 30 years from playing a major role in this nations energy equation. We do not have a power grid that is capable of accommodating the use of energy from solar panels and wind machines. And - when that does happen, these two sources will account for only 15% of our total need for energy.

The cost of the electric car is prohibitive at today's pricing levels. We may be ten years or more from the marketing of an electric car that will be meet the expectations of the American consumer. Solar conversion for the average home costs upward of $35, 000 per home. Only clean coal, natural gas and nuclear energy hold out the potential of full relief from foreign oil dependency. What is the Administration doing about these options ??

The AP article is a first step in dispensing with the fantasy of a quick and easy national conversion to alternative fuels. It ain't going to happen in this decade -- but we need to be making that change.

We need practical leadership and an honest, open strategy to a move away from a century old economy that has oil at its centre. This is not what we have in Mr. Obama. In fact, he is not even thinking of the development of the sources named above, sources that are proven and capable of being used with today's energy providers. The current electric grid and automobile can be adapted to the use of clean coal, nuclear energy and natural gas. WE DO NOT NEED TO INVENT ANYTHING to convert to environmentally clean energy at costs that will not drive the "poor" into the streets within the coming decade !!!

Why are we not busy making the change ??? No more arguments over drilling. No more worry about unaffordable transportation costs. The end to Middle East oil dependency within 10 years.

Remember when John Deere before the Dear John note to Obama ?? We do.

CHICAGO -(Dow Jones)- Deere & Co. (DE) has quietly dropped out of a coalition of large companies that has supported a cap-and-trade program for reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Deere, the world's largest manufacturer of farm machinery, opted to leave the U.S. Climate Action Partnership in May because the group's legislative strategy "no longer served as a foundation for moving forward" with climate change regulation, Ken Golden, a spokesman for the company said Tuesday.

Editor's notes: anyone remember the "partnership" Obama pretended to have with John Deere? Will, that started circling the drain early last summer. And just this past week, the "partnership" came to an undeniable end with the reported action above.

John Deere, as a corporation, understands that, in time, they are going to be drug into the cesspool of global warming "science." As a result, they have decided to take a pro-active stance with regard to certain environmental issues. After 20 months of ineptitude, however, John Deere has decided there is no opportunity (from a business perspective) in a continuing relationship with the current Administration. Understand that Obama cares nothing for corporate profit. Instead, his redistributionist thinking has him acting as if the corporate world to be little more than a property of the State. Our responsibilities to the health of the poor and the well being the earth are far greater concerns than those having to do with profitabilities and and growth.

As far as Obama is concerned, the medical industry -- including doctors and nurses -- belong to the State. Ditto for the corporate world and its collective management. As a result, Obama's established programs passed into law during the previous 20 months gives the Feds the legal right to tell all in the worlds of health care and corporate endeavor how much they can earn on a personal and individual level, what is an acceptable interest rate as to lending procedure and which shareholders will be allowed to profit.

He is anti-business and he is about to pay the price.

John Deere is running as far from the Administration as it can get. Corporate America is currently giving 65% LESS in terms of campaign donations to the Dems. And, the business world is sitting on 3 trillion dollars, refusing to invest that money in increased inventories or an expanded work force. The reason given has to do with not knowing what is coming their way in terms of regulations, healthcare cost and the great unknown of future legislation. While these are certainly reasons for the refusal to spend corporate cash -- Midknight Review thinks there is a little of this: without corporate spending, there is no "recovery" and business is sending Obama a message -- "screw us and we will screw you."

Point of post: we are concerned that you, first, know of John Deers's decision - not reported on any of the news portals as of this writing (we are the 'first'). Secondly, John Deer's decision needs to be put into the larger context -- that of John Deere's corporate concerns as well as their partnership with the larger corporate world, Obama be damned.

Midknight Review is the first to report: If the Mosque is not a Mosque, what does "freedom of religion" have to do with anything?

The new talking points for the Liberal anti-Patriots regarding the New York mosque issue includes this:

A. It is not a mosque.

B. It is not at "ground zero."

We have these questions, If it isn't at Ground Zero, how is it that a part of the fuselage and landing gear of flight 175 hit the building?

And, most importantly, if this thing is not a "mosque," WHAT DOES FREEDOM OF REIGIOUS EXPRESSION have to do with anything? If it is not a religious structure, freedom of religion is of no concern. You can't have it both ways.

From the Editor: Over the past several days we have read several stories in the Marxist Media concerning Glen Beck's "Honor America" rally in D.C. this coming Saturday. We have grown tired of the misreporting. Here is an example taken from the Washington Post:

When Fox News and talk radio host Glenn Beck comes to Washington this weekend to headline a rally intended to "restore honor" to America, he will test the strength - and potentially expose the weaknesses - of a conservative grass-roots movement that remains an unpredictable force in the country's politics.

Beck, who is both admired and assailed for his faith-based patriotism and his brash criticism of President Obama, plans in part to celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. as an American hero. He will speak on the anniversary of the "I Have a Dream" speech, from the spot where King delivered it.

Some "tea party" activists say the event, at which former Alaska governor Sarah Palin is also scheduled to speak, will have a greater impact than last September's "9/12" march along Pennsylvania Avenue. Though the attendance figures for that anti-tax rally are disputed, it was the first national gathering to demonstrate the size and influence of the tea party movement.

But with just a few days before the Beck rally, basic questions linger, including how big it will be and whether the event, which Beck says is nonpolitical, will help or hurt Republicans in November. Also unanswered is whether Beck can pull off the connection to King without creating offense - or confrontation with another event the same day led by the Rev. Al Sharpton.

Beck said in a recent broadcast that he did not intentionally choose the "I Have a Dream" anniversary for his rally - but that he believes the coincidence is "divine providence."

"Whites don't own Abraham Lincoln," he said. "Blacks don't own Martin Luther King. Those are American icons, American ideas, and we should just talk about character, and that's really what this event is about. It's about honoring character."

The rally, which is also being billed as a tribute to U.S. troops, will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Video screens and sound towers will be positioned along the reflecting pool and as far east as the Washington Monument.

It will be a weekend of political activity, with tea party organizer FreedomWorks hosting a convention in Washington on Friday, Beck's and Sharpton's events Saturday, and a major effort by Democrats to knock on 200,000 doors nationwide Saturday and Sunday.

Beck is expecting as many as 100,000 people and is heavily promoting his event on his TV and radio shows. Sharpton expects a smaller number for an annual commemoration of the "Dream" speech. That event, which focuses on education, will begin at 11 a.m. with speeches at Dunbar High School in Northwest. 1. The Post implies the possibility of exposing "weaknesses" in the grass-roots movement. Of course, these yahoo's have been forecasting this possibility since the inception of the movement, last spring ('09).

2. Beck's role in the event is not one of a "featured speaker." The Post article makes it sound as if Beck will offer up a speech to rival the wonderful speech of Dr. King. Ain't going to happen.

3. Palin IS NOT A FEATURED SPEAKER. Her role will be to introduce one or more of the six individual on a schedule that has not been revealed to the media as we write. In this paragraph, there is the implication of conflicting crowd estimates for the first 9/11 gathering. Our estimate is between 1.5 and 2 million in attendance. We posted two pictures giving evidence of this numbering. One pic is that of the 9/11 crowd in the mall between the Lincoln memorial and the Washington Monument, a mile away - a mall completely full of folks (perhaps 700,000, the same estimate that was attached to a similar size crowd at Obama's inauguration). The second picture is that of the crowd standing in the streets that run to the "right" of the Lincoln Memorial - a crowd that appears to be the same size or larger than the one standing in the first picture.

4. This thought reminds the reader that "questions" remain "unanswered. Questions as to the size of the event and the effect it might have on the future of GOP politics. Our response? Well, since the event has not taken place yet, OF COURSE THESE QUESTIONS REMAIN. Further, they pose the problem of pleasing the racist, Al Charlatan. . . . . a most unimportant concern.

5. The secularists at the Post have no clue as to meaning of "divine providence." Suffice it to say that divine providence is "God working in history." This paragraph will strike a cord with those who think "divine providence" is the doctrine of a fool.

6. This accurately quotes Beck.

7. The first of two paragraphs that merit reporting.

8. Ditto except this paragraph wants you to know that the Dems are hard at work, as well.

9. Here, the Post suggests that the expected crowd will be 100,000. They fail to report that Beck took out a permit for at least 300,000. Since they did not research this article, they do not know that by Monday, of this week, there were more than 1,000 buses schedule to make the trip. There were 1,900 buses that made the trip to the 700,000 Obama Inauguration.

Point of post: to set the record straight while offering a prime example of how the Marxist Media works. It is clear that the reporters never talked to Beck, did not view any of his televised programing related to the event, and embedded their Marxist bias in the reporting.
