Obama's silly "strategic patience" crap would have never defeated ISIS as a caliphate.  Understand that "strategic patience," "leading from behind," and "saved or created" are three of the mostly profoundly stupid expressions invented by any American leader.

Trump has real jobs creation,  a record unemployment number never in the plans for the Biden/Obama Administration,  a leadership style that tells the world "follow me or be left be left behind,  and a refusal to be patient with our most radical enemies. 

This morning,  Sunday,  we celebrate the news from last evening,  while we all slept:  Al Baghdadi is dead.  But not just that news ,  also,  that Trump is dedicated to the protection of the Syrian oil fields, and the continued military support of the Kurds fighting ISIS.  In addition,  he has secured a safe zone between Kurdish Syria and Turkey. 

Will the Dems celebrate or continue their attack on America?  Time will tell.

John McCain supports the Syrian rebel leader, General Idris, who believes and has said: "Israel is an enemy country (to the Palestinian people)" and that is why we cannot - must not - get involved with Syrian, militarily.

General Salim Idris, framed as a "fine leader" and a "moderate" by John McCain,  set in on an interview by Al Jazeera,  on May 8.   In that interview his anti-West bias became more than obvious when he went so far as to accuse Syria's Assad and the terrorist/anti-Israel organization of being "Israeli collaborators."  You should know that Salim Idris is the commander of the Supreme Military Council of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), which is deemed a “moderate” force by both the Obama Administration and the likes of John McCain. The May 8 interview includes the following (comments McCain most definitely knows were made by Idris):

“Israel is an enemy country,” Idris said, according to memrity.org, the Middle East Media Research Institute. “I say this loud and clear. It occupies Syrian lands. The FSA will not change its position regarding that country before it withdraws from the Syrian lands, and recognizes the legitimate rights of the Arab Palestinian people.”

In the same Al Jazeera interview, Idris accused Bashar al-Assad and Hizballah (which is designated a terrorist group by the U.S. government) of being “Israeli collaborators."

Over the years,  liberals have acted on the belief that military action apart from "boots on the ground" is always an effective option.  Problem:  this has never proven out to be true. Unless Obama is not serious about preventing more chemical strikes by Syria (or whoever),  his strategy of a limited bombing is destined to fail.  And if the GOP signs on to such a strategy,  they are complicit in the failure,  and Obama knows this  -  that is the only reason this politician has suddenly decided to go "bipartisan" in Syria.  Keep in mind that he acted as the Imperialist President that he is,  when conducting the Afghan war,  the Egyptian intervention and support of the Muslim Brotherhood,  and the Libyan Debacle.  He is a failed military leader,  and all the world knows this except for GOP RINO leadership.

That estimate comes from a secret memorandum the U.S. Department of Defense prepared for President Obama in early 2012.  

U.S. Central Command arrived at the figure of 75,000 ground troops as part of a written series of military options for dealing with Bashar al-Assad more than 18 months ago, long before the U.S. confirmed internally that the Syrian dictator was using the weapons against rebel factions within his borders.

‘The report exists, and it was prepared at the request of the National Security Advisor’s staff,’ a Department of Defense official with knowledge of the inquiry told MailOnline Wednesday on condition of anonymity.

"The people" do not want war in Syria, but since we are no longer "the government," who really cares what "the people" think?"

Latest WaPost/ABC poll  --  59% oppose bombing

Latest Pew polling – 48% of Democrats say no, 40% of Republicans say no, and, 50% of Independents say no/  only 33% across the board support the proposed bombing.

NBC – 42% say yes while an even 50% say no.

Huffington Post – the most radical Leftist publication of the bunch,  polled its readership and found only 25% support the bombing.

Here is the problem with the government doing something the people do not want  (anyone tired of the fantasy that “we are our own government?”) : If the particular and unpopular action does not go well,  those who initiated the action will be suffer at the voting booth.  Look what ObamaCare is doing to the Democrat Party.  

In spite of the fact that Progressive Republicans (Boehner, McCain, and the like) will support Obama in this idiocy,  it will remain “Obama’s war,”  and he and his party will share the blame or credit,  depending on the perceived results.  

And I say "idiocy,"  because (a) McCain and the others have no way of telling the good guys from the bad guys,  despite his blow,  otherwise. For McCain to believe that al-Qaeda will not take advantage of this decision,  at all levels,  simply demonstrates why we should all be glad that he did not win, in 2008.   A second consideration,  (b), finds that Obama's sense of "fairness" will prevent bombing action that will actually be meaningful.  Let's remember that he lost the war in Afghanistan, turned Iraq into a loss,  as well,  and lost hundreds of military weapons in Libya. Heck,  he can't even follow his own illegal gun cashe into Mexico!   More than this,  Obama has no clue how to wage war. He is an academic with no practical life experiences, even after five years of pretending to president.    I wouldn't be surprised to find a map,  "leaked" by this Administration,  warning Syrian of our intended targets complete with dates and times for the attack(s)  . . . . .   that's how stupid I believe the new "warring class" of politicians is.  

Feckless and inane,  these are my words for what is about to happen.  If this was a Reagan mission,  I would support it.

Understand that Bush got the approval of Congress,  the UN,  and secured the support of 49 countries in the international community before moving into Iraq.  The over-all process took 14 months and was in response to the existence of WMD's within that country,  chemical weapons arsenals that Bill Clinton,  the head of his CIA and Saddam,  himself,  assured Bush,  existed.  (Note the fact that "WMD's in Iraq" was not the lie of the Bush administration but, rather,  the mistaken claim of Clinton, his CIA and Saddam Hussein).  

Obama,  on the other hand,  has failed to secure the support of any of our so-called allies in his decision to "discretely" bomb  (his wording) Syria.  We know that this military attack on the part of the newest Cowboy in our White House,  will have nothing to do with regime change,  nor will it include the direct bombing of chemical staging centers in Syria,  according to military interviews on the several news network.  He, also,  has to be careful not to weaken Assad to the point of allowing the rebel forces,  now under the control of al-Qaeda after two years of Obama's do-nothing stance,  to defeat Assad and turn Syria into an Islamic theocracy.  

No regime change?  Yes !! Why??  Do I need to remind you of his failed efforts at regime change in Egypt and Libya ??  And we have not reason to believe that this military action will be any more successful than the mess he has created in Afghanistan.  

So Obama and the buffoon, John McCain, wait around until 90,000 Syrians are dead and the rebel movement is owned by al-Qaeda aligned forces before talking tough about that horrendous situation. The 7 groups at the top of the rebel listing are all dedicated terrorist organizations.

And the bloated John McCain did a photo shoot with some of these killers.

OF COURSE we are at war with Islam. To argue that there is only a minority who hate us and seek our total destruction is to distort the facts of Islam outside the boundaries of these United States. The only moderate Muslims on earth -- in terms of a national population -- is that which lives in our country Egypt and maybe Turkey. Outside of our country, we are the Great Satan and the Christians and Jews among our population are specifically named in the Koran [dozens and dozens of times] as deserving of death. Period.

When Obama spoke of our 9/11 attackers as a "sorry band of men," he forgot about the millions in every Muslim nation who danced in the streets at the news of the 9/11 attacks and the deaths of so many Americans.

We are not at war with Islam ? Utter nonsense. The truth is that we are not at war with American Islam.
