Will Bob Corker's Senate seat flip to the Democrats? The bet is "Corker hopes so."

A new Axios/Survey Monkey poll released Tuesday shows Marsha Blackburn with a serious lead over Bredesen. The poll, conducted June 11-July 2, showed that among Tennessee registered voters, 55 percent favor Blackburn and 41 percent favor Bredesen.
Two and a half months ago,  shortly after Blackburn announced her candidacy,  a Mason-Dixon poll showed Bredesen with a  . . . .

The darling pollster from the Left, Nate Silver, just "gave" the Senate to the GOP.

The FiveThirtyEight Senate model is bad news for the Democrats.  It sees a 64% chance that the GOP will win back the Senate.  The post election headline might read:  Senate flips to the GOP;  Harry Reid's tyrannical reign is over;  finally,  Congress will get things down.

Update:  The WaPost gives the Senate take-over by the GOP an 80% chance.  Obama's approval rating,  taken by Gallup after his tan-suited presser,  came in at 39% and George Washington University has the wrong way/right way measurement coming in at a 70% for the "wrong way."  All of these numbers spell an unprecedented disaster for the coming mid-term - compared to what happened in 2010  !!!!  No one here is cheering,  but none of this bods well for Marxist Progressive movement.  And,   if these numbers,  these particular numbers,  cannot be reversed before November of 2016,  all of the current Marxist scheming and lying,  will be taken down.

Some Democrat pundits see a 52 or 53 member majority.

What does this mean?

Well,  for one thing,  Congress could censor or impeach Obama if he continues to act on his own and without regard for Constitutional law and process.

Secondly,  several of the many investigations will be put back on track,  just in time for the 2016 elections.

Third,  the Senate could approve the 257 bills sent from the House and on hold,  by Harry Reid,  putting pressure on Obama to come down from his ivory tower and begin to learn how compromise with congress really works.  All presidents understand the process - except Obama.  Time form him to learn the lesson,  as well.

Fourth,  it means the days of stacking the courts with far Left judicial activists, would be over.  Most importantly,  it means the Supreme Court will remain in balance with a 4 - 4 split plus the [Justice] Kennedy vote,  sometimes benefiting the Left and then, on other occasions,  benefiting the Right.

Fifth,  it could mean the beginning of a re-write of ObamaCare and the end of Obama's legislative nonsense with respect to that reform law.

If, if, if,  the GOP can win the Senate and get things done,  it's ability to win the 2016 presidential election are improved by two-fold.  Understand that whatever Congress accomplishes should it "go GOP,"   will be judged by the American people and in their pocket book.  If the GOP wins,  and,  things turn around in the coming two years,  there is little doubt that Conservatives will be given ample credit for the turn-around.

The stacks could not be bigger,  and the opportunity to take back this country more profound,  than this time,  and,  this election.
