The WH is dumping HHS Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius - emphasis on "dumping."

Editor's notes:  as a preamble to the following article,  keep in mind that when Obama made his April Fool's announcement regarding ObamaCare and the "7.1" million enrollees,  Kathleen Sebelius was sitting in the [staged] audience.  This was as much her "victory" as his,  yet,  he neither wanted her standing by his side,  during the announcement,  nor did he acknowledge her presence in the audience  . . . .  not nearly as "strange" as it was "cold blooded,"  in my opinion.

He has heard this criticism (above) over the past nine days.    When he makes the announcement on Friday,  that she is leaving,  will she be standing next to him?  Will he try to mitigate the criticism,  or does he, now,  regard her as a misfit in his Administration?  Time will tell and soon enough.

Update:  I posted the above comments at 2:19 AM (pt).  Seven hours later,  sure enough,  Obama included Sebelius and was nominally supportive of his departing secretary  . . . . . .  just as I suspected he might.  As a caution,  let's not forget his thoughtless snub of Sebelius on April 1.  That is history and a window into his rather bankrupt soul.  I hasten to add,  that Obama's morning comments included making note of the several serious issues of the past six months, a subtle indication of his displeasure for Sebelius and an explanation of my use of the term, "nominally supportive."

HHS Secretary Sebelius Resigns

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has resigned, and President Obama will announce Friday that he is replacing her with OMB Director Sylvia Mathews Burwell. According to the Washington Post, Sebelius notified Obama early in March that she would be stepping down.
According to reports, officials say Sebelius was not forced out. But her departure comes right at the end of what Obama himself described as a kind of grace period during which he wanted aides to focus on fixing the failed Healthcare.gov website, with personnel matters to be dealt with later. And the odd manner of the announcement – a leak to the press – suggests the White House is not being careful about providing her a dignified exit. . . . . .    You will want to read the full article at White House Dossier, here.

Kathleen Sebelius, one of the worst administrators in modern times, has resigned her post as head of HHS.

<<< Sebelius,  one of the unhappiest looking women of all time,  announces her "retirement."

Many are not surprised,  after the "announcement" was made,  in the morning of Tuesday, April 1 (April Fools Day).  Obama had assembled his team of cheerleaders for his staged press conference.  For some reason,  Reid, Pelosi and,  most notably,  Kathleen Sebelius were not there, and this "victory" was as much theirs as Obama's.

******
Update and correction:  Turns out Kathleen Sebelius WAS in the staged audience on April Fool's Day,  which makes matters worse for the retiring HHS secretary.  Obama makes the announcement, refuses to have Sebelius at his side AND does not bother to acknowledge her presence in the audience  . . . . .   as clear an example of just how self-serving and disloyal this man can be.
******
And the rumors began.

Today,  nine days later, Sebelius is gone and the Administration is busy defending its numbers against the truth and its stated goals.

Of the "7.1" million "signed up and into "the private market" (as Obama calls it),  no numbers were available, from the Administration,  relating to the breakdown of that total.  Rand Institute tells us that the number of folks who are first time insured is less that one million people.  Of the remainder,  3 to 4 million are folks  replacing the insurance ObamaCare took from them,  and the other 2 to 3 million are enrollees into Medicare (which is NOT ObamaCare).

Before ObamaCare,  there were 48 million uninsured, or so we have been told.  After ObamaCare,  there are 47 million uninsured.

The Administration believed that the uninsured would come flocking to the Exchanges,  but that did not happen.  They believed America's youth would come flocking to the Exchanges,  but,  again, that did not happen.  They believed the healthy would come flocking,  for some ungawdly reason,  but THAT did not happen,  either.  So the roles are full of retired folks and those needing various decrees of subsidies (80% of the enrollees).  And the law is headed for more difficult times than before.

Understand the law is perpetually feckless,  as a piece of legislation,  not because of how it was/or has been administered,  but,  rather,  how it was written.

You know there is something systemically wrong,  when it takes a political party with no opposition,  a full year to write a "rough draft," and,  four years later,  open a website that is the laughing stock of anyone with commonsense.    And all this  is on Obama,  Reid and Pelosi; Sebelius is only a scapegoat.

Maybe she will start smiling again.  She has been through "administrative hell,"  and, now,  that period in her life is over.

The comprehensive failure that is ObamaCare continues with the news of the morning:

Sebelius telling more lies on March 12, before the House;
This time,  "We will not delay the sign-up deadline or the
individual mandate" or words to this effect.
<<<  You know "they" do not want to keep on lying about ObamaCare,  but it is such an UNCONTROLLABLE disaster, that telling the truth,  does not seem to be an option for the One World Without Borders cabal,  currently in power.

Beside the fact of the unanimity of lies told to push ObamaCare through,  we have the continuing story as detailed below:

Today,  March 26, we learn that the Administration is so far behind its goal of 7 million paying customers,  that it has been forced to extend the March 31 deadline.  While it is not "official,"  the Administration is adding a feature to its application process,  that allows the "applicant" to check a box confirming that he/she tried to sign up but failed.  Reasons given,  if any,  will not be checked by HHS;  these folks are on the "honor system" as to their reasons for not being included as an applicant,  thus,  giving an "out" for all who cannot afford or do not want to sign up for this insurance disaster. In other words,  the "individual mandate" has been effectively postponed for current year!  Ironically,  it is very possible,  if not probable,  that this lying Administration will actually count these "boxes" as via visitors,  and, as "visitors,  "applicants," in its desperate effort to reach its announced sign-up goal.   This is in spite of the fact that HHS and K Sebelius testified,  before congress,  just two weeks ago,  that there would be no more delays or postponements.

Add to this lie, her lie,  the fact that 83% of all applicants are receiving coverage as a result of subsidies, or with no charge.  Only 17% are "paying customers" according to Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV),  in an appearance on Fox News,  early Wednesday morning.  It is hard to believe that (even) Democrats are so blinded by partisanship,  that they do not see the incurable disaster they have created.  Hapless Harry's mindless decision to disallow any changes to the bill, legislative changes that are not of Obama's own, illegal, doing,  proves the feckless nature of this man's intentions and actions.  His decision also proves the fact that Democrats do not want bi-partisanship,  even in the corrections to this bill.  The fear of Reid and his associates in the Progressive/OneWorld Without Borders cabal,  is that if they "let the GOP into the legislative process,"  there will be no stopping the changes made to this idiot's bill.

Will this be the end of the Democrat's One Party Rule over the minds and hearts of the American People?  Time will tell.

Make note of the fact that this "mandated delay" was added to the bill on or before March 12,  of 2014  -  before Sebelius promised "no more delays."  It is mind-numbing as to immoral/dishonest deficit that exists in this woman's life and heart.
