Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker suspected of coordinating with outside groups  —  Gov. Scott Walker (R-Wis.) responds to prosecutors allegations that he is connected to a criminal scheme over campaign fundraising.  In a statement, he called the allegations “categorically false.”  ( AP)

Editor’s notes:  Here are the facts:  THE IS NOT CRIMINAL COMPLAINT.  Two judges,  on a state appeals judge and the other a federal judge,  ended this “investigation” telling folks that there was nothing of substance to the compliant.

Clearly,  this is only a ploy to smear the Governor,  even if for only a few days,  as the ruthless Democrat spin machine prepares its campaign against this very successful GOP governor.  

Updated from the Blaze.com  --  Walker in his own words,  describing what I have repeated in the post,  above:  

“The facts are pretty clear. You’ve had not one, but two judges– a state judge and a federal judge … have both looked at this argument in the past, not just recently, remember this is not new news it’s just newly released yesterday,” Walker explained. “But no charges, case over. Both judges said they didn’t buy the argument. They didn’t think anything was done that was illegal. And so they’ve gone forward … and shut the case down both at the state and federal level.”

“So many in the national media, and even some here in Wisconsin, are looking at this thing backwards,” he added. “This is a case that’s been resolved, that not one but two judges have said is over, and we’re just learning about it because it became open in a document yesterday. But there is no argument.”

Walker called for the investigation but Democrats claim that he is the one who is corrupt. Never mind the lawless Hussein Obama.

From the Forbes:  Through the constant reminders by the Walker forces that it was Scott Walker’s own office that originally approached the Milwaukee District Attorney with a request for the investigation, along with Scott Walker’s steadfast denial that he is a target of the on-going probe, the Governor has been largely successful in keeping the investigation in the background of the campaign—always “there” but never moving to the forefront of the debate.

To many Wisconsin voters—roughly one-half of the 77 percent of Wisconsin residents who are familiar with the investigation according to the most recent Marquette Law School Poll —the issue is nothing more than ‘politics as usual’, involving a Democratic District Attorney playing cat and mouse with the potential of Walker’s involvement in order to score political points against the Governor without having to actually charge him with any criminal activity.

Indeed, the DA’s office unwittingly aided the Governor in his public defense when it came to light that employees of the District Attorney signed petitions calling for Scott Walker’s removal, allegedly in the very office location where the investigation is taking place. While there was nothing apparently illegal about these people voicing their support for recall, their actions played directly into the narrative of those who argue that keeping Walker’s name as a part of the investigation is little more than a politically motivated witch hunt.

Why Wisconsin is important - it will tell us if well funded Marxist interests can beat down the will of the people.

There are two elections that will play a major role in the coming November elections.  One is the contest between the Harvard radical, Elizabeth Warren and Scott Brown, in Massachusetts, and the other is the Wisconsin recall election,  to be held this coming June the 5th.  It is this election that is the subject of this post.

In this quote,  the Washington Post, once again,  misrepresents the facts of the situation for the sake of political appointment.  First,  Walker did not eliminate "most collective bargaining rights" for union workers.  Rather,  he limited "collective bargaining" for the taxpayer funded public union members  to the same model as is the case with Federal workers under B Obama.   Wisconsin has "been in turmoil virtually the entire time" only because the Democrat constituency and its legislative leadership have refused the rule of law.  It is that simple.  

Everyone knew what the 2010 gubernatorial election was all about.  And the voice of the people was heard,  loud and clear.  Walker, no stranger to Wisconsin politics,  won election over the Democrat, Tom Barrett,  by a 52% to 46% margin.   Wisconsin benefited from the so-called conservative "wave election"of 2010 that swept the Democrats out of the House of Representatives and destroyed the absolute Democrat majority in the Senate .  Russ Feingold (Senator from Wisconsin),  perhaps the most popular of liberal (not radical) congressmen,  was shockingly defeated by Ron Johnson (52% to 47%) as the GOP moved into "power" on a state and federal level.  

The governorship was won by the Republican, Scott Walker,  and both houses of the state congress "flipped" in the GOP's favor.  Immediately,  the Democrats began plotting strategies to negate the people's will.  Like the evil children they raise, the Democrat state legislators fled the state,  preventing the continuation of state government;  the teachers' unions went on strike,   union thugs came to the state and threatened Scott Walker and those who were duly elected representatives of the people.  As it turns out,  Wisconsin had been a fascist state all along. Only when the 2010 election could not be manipulated in favor of the fascist incumbency,  did anyone know just out out of step the Democrat leadership and its unions were in light of Constitutional governance and fair play. 

Immediately following the state elections,  anarchist party members  tried to take back the state congress with a series of recall elections, within a year of the midterms, but failed to recall enough Republicans to regain their dictatorial rule.  So,  they turned their attention to the newly elected governor.  

The excuse for all this lawlessness ?  The GOP took down "collective bargaining"  for retirement benefits,  in a desperate effort to get the state's spending under control.  Claims that Walker was/is a union hater (as I am) went well beyond the truth of the matter, but who in the Democrat Party cares about truth or the rule of law,  these days?  The fact of the matter is this: the state's service unions (police, fire and teacher) continue to have collective bargaining rights for wage negotiations.  In addition, union members were asked to pay a stipend on their benefit sharing plans.  That's it.  And if this became some sort of egregious circumstance,  the fascist Left could change it all "back to normal" with the next election. This whole affair is the "end of the world" for those who participate in the elective process.   Understand that "democracy" in the United States of America is about representative governance,  not the rule of the simple majority.  

Some folks in the GOP have moved away from making this a bell weather election for fear that Walker would lose and the Establishment GOP would "look bad."   So much for the Establishment.  The TEA party patriots in the state are not so cowardly.  They have stood up for their governor.  They see the balancing of the budget and the saving of several school districts in the state.  And it is beginning to appear as if Scott Walker might successfully defend his place in state government because of the success of his budgetary policies.    

While Walker has shied away from making this election a Democrat v Republican affair,  it certainly is a Walker versus the Unions struggle,  which,  in my mind,  is precisely the same thing.   

The implications of this election are undeniable.  Indeed, this will be seen as a bell weather election for each side.  A win for either will be used as stimulus for the coming national elections. 

So important is this election,  that Chris Christie,  Governor of New Jersey.  made an appearance in the state,  Tuesday night, in support of Governor Walker. 

Polls show Walker with a nominal lead and election funding favors the GOP, to date.  We will keep this election at center stage.  It is an important millstone,  should Walker succeed against a Marxist Machine that is well funded and supported by a national organization (the DNC).
