Biden will live to regret his most preposterous lie to date:

Editor:  Barack was the first to tell this outrageous lie.  It ignores or pretends these events never happened:  

Attorney General Holder cited on a criminal complaint for ignoring a congressional subpoena.

Barack's Administration sold 2200 guns and rifles to the various members of the Mexican Cartel in an effort to frame the NRA for illegal gun sales,  guns used to kill more than 300 Mexicans and two Federal border agents.  The reader knows this event as "Fast and Furious."  

Then there was the as Benghazi cover-up and the event that saw four Americans murdered in Benghazi.  Our Ambassador to Libya was one of the victims.  Before his murder,  he was raped a number of times.  Two of our Embassy guards fought the enemy for nearly seven hours,  not know that Obama had given them up ,  gone to bed five hours before they were killed and went to Nevada on a campaign swing.  

Joe Biden announced that Seal Team Six was responsible for killing Osama bin Laden 12 weeks before the Taliban shot down a helicopter carrying 30 members of the Seal Team.  To make matters worse,  Barack would not allow an air-defense of the chopter as it came under fire.  I don't call this a "scandal,"  I call it murder.  

Then,  there was the IRS scandal that shut down more than 300 conservative groups seeking status to receive donations for the 2012 election cycle.

Hillary Clinton appears to have established multiple email addresses for her private use . . . .  under the domain of “clintonemail.com,” according to a prominent member of the hacking community who supplied independent research data, conducted with high-tech tools, to Fox News  . . . . . . . 

 Hackers working under contract for private firms, also known as “White Hat hackers,” routinely use The Harvester during so-called “penetration testing,” or “pen testing,” on behalf of clients trying to ensure that their internal systems are secure.

The application of The Harvester to clintonemail.com revealed additional email addresses besides the one that Clinton aides have insisted publicly that she used, and have said was the only one that she used, when she served as Secretary of State: namely, hdr22@clintonemail.com.

A screen grab of The Harvester’s findings [pictured above] provided to Fox News by the source in the hacker community – whose professional resume also boasts extensive experience in the U.S. intelligence community – lists rather similar, but nonetheless different, email addresses, including hdr@clintonemail.com, hdr18@clintonemail.com, hdr19@clintonemail.com, hdr20@clintonemail.com, and hdr21@clintonemail.com.

Also unearthed by the hacking tool were email addresses of a slightly varied structure, including h.clinton@clintonemail.com, Hillary@clintonemail.com, contact@clintonemail.com, and mau_suit@clintonemail.com.

It’s not known how many of these multiple addresses the secretary herself may have used   . . . . . .    Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., chairman of the House select committee investigating the Benghazi terrorist attacks, has issued a statement saying the panel “is in possession of records with two separate and distinct email addresses used by former Secretary Clinton and dated during the time she was secretary of state.”

Contacted by Fox News, neither Merrill nor Philippe Reines, another longtime aide to Clinton who is believed to remain in close contact with her, responded to messages left via telephone and email. Nor did Eric Hothem, the mysterious former Clinton aide who has been identified as having registered the internet server in Chappaqua, New York – the Clintons’ hometown in upstate New York – that hosted the clintonemail.com domain.

“I'm in the process of determining if any of those accounts have been compromised by hackers in the past,” the source told Fox News. “We know that hdr22 has been.”

A 14th scandal has surfaced for those of who are counting.

While the following Washington Examiner report will be dismissed as a “minor” complaint,  the fact remains that this goes to the realization that the American people have hired an anarchist as “president.”  Evidence of this fact includes his willingness to violate Constitutional directives in legislating law without the benefit of the advise and consent of the congress,  his complicity in the illegal sanctuary movement, his decision to ignore the Supreme Court’s decision against the EPA in the Sacketts vs the EPA (a 9 – 0 decision against his administration),  his refusal to enforce the DOMA or voter fraud laws broken by minorities,  his misuse of Fannie and Freddie,  using access to those funds to continue ACORN in violation of Congressional restrictions,  and his willingness to violate established treatise agreements at will (i.e. the missile defense treatises with Poland and Czechoslovakia).  

The Examiner is now reporting a 14^th scandal,  by our count.

Documents obtained by Judicial Watch confirm that somebody in the White House told officials with the General Services Administration (GSA) to "stand down" and not arrest Occupy Portland protestors who may have broken the law last year.

Former GSA Public Buildings Service Commissioner Robert Peck told a senior Department of Homeland Security official that the federal housekeeping agency had been instructed by the Obama White House to go easy on the Occupy protestors.

The Obama White House denied on multiple occasions during the Occupy protests last year that anybody in the Obama administration had given aid or encouragement to the demonstrations, many of which erupted into public and private property destruction, arrests for drug dealing and prostitution and public health violations.

"We now have a new GSA scandal - one that involves the Obama White House," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "These documents clearly show that federal agencies colluded with the Obama White House to allow the Occupy Wall Street protestors to violate the law with impunity. These documents tell us that the GSA and DHS can't be relied upon to protect federal workers or property."

Stealing the retirement funds from non-union GM workers at Delphi;  IMF Global and the "disappearance" of half a billion in consumer funds;  Fast and Furious and the deaths of two border patrol agents;  the scandal listed above involving the Administration's lies with regard to non-union Delphi employees (20, 000 of them);  the Eric Holder contempt charge and continuing investigation; the security leaks scandal involving at least 6 events and the deaths of secret agents;  Obama's illegal use of "Executive Order;"  all that is involved in the half billion Solyndra scandal;  Obama 's attack on religious liberty and the rights of free religious conscience;  Obama's commandeering of the legislative process;  the little know SGNA scandal,  Obama giving nearly half a billion to a campaign donor via a no-bid contract;  his end run around the US Congress with the invention of his government  (the 40 Obama Czars along with their staffs and the protection of "executive privilege) and the related abuse of his regulatory powers.  

Think about it: If Obama wins re-election, impeachment preceding are not far behind or maybe you missed the fact than none of the several investigations will be completed until after November.

Legally, President Obama has reiterated the principle that he can pick and choose which U.S. laws he wishes to enforce (see his decision to reverse the order of the Chrysler creditors, his decision not to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, and his administration’s contempt for national-security confidentiality and Senate and House subpoenas to the attorney general). If one individual can decide to exempt nearly a million residents from the law — when he most certainly could not get the law amended or repealed through proper legislative or judicial action — then what can he not do? Obama is turning out to be the most subversive chief executive in terms of eroding U.S. law since Richard Nixon.

Add to Dr. Hanson's complaint,  Obama's ties to MF Global and the scandal of its missing $1.5 billion in customer funds;  his complicity in the Fast and Furious gun running scandal,  his scandalous ties to Solyndra, amd  the specific release of "Navy Seal Team Six" as the special opts unity responsible for the killing of bin Ladan (resulting in the deaths of 23 Navy Seal Six members 12 weeks after the assassination), and you have a the makings of a corrupt Administration beyond Nixon.  Let's not forget that his 2009 Stimulus bill,  allocated money to Democrat districts and unions in a ratio of 5 to 1,  compared to other members of the community.   

Four scandals effecting the Obama Administration. There are more, but let's start with these.

1.  Breaking news this morning,  ICE intel chief plead guilty to a $550,000 embezzlement charge today.  More than this charge,  an ICE informant wired 1.5 million to overseas, terror related organizations for which an investigation was finalized,  last year.   Of course, Obama is not to blame for this, but it happened on his watch;  it is an intelligence agency that is compromised and,   it is a fact that Obama has said or done nothing, directly,  to deal with this problem (source: FoxNews and Military Photos.net)

2.  Fast and Furious is a second and developing scandal. Obama/Eric Holder have refused to be transparent in this case, redacting (blackening out with a 'magic marker') 90% of  the 6,000 pages sent to the House committee in charge of investigating this idiocy and the related deaths of two Federal against.  There remains more than 80,000 pages of documentary evidence to be handed over and none of the documents critical to the investigation have been given to the House subcommittee.  Both Obama and Holder have been given subpoenas and both have simply refused,  saying "no," giving no reason other than,  "the subpoena was written by a partisan committee."  Of course,  ALL congressional subpoenas are "partisan" by nature.  Such is not a legal argument, but who,  in this Administration,  gives a hoot about the law?  Anyway,  this scandal is not going away.

3.  Solyndra, is another developing Administration scandal.   Obama has refused to corporate with the ongoing investigation and questions of "insider deals" are increasing in the $560,000 million dollar boondoggle overseen by Obama and his staff.

4.  You might be surprised with this:  questions continue to surface concerning GM.  Over and over again,  GM is praised for being an Obama success.  Problem:  its stock is selling for 23 dollars per share,  down from its IPO of $33 per share back in November of 2010, representing a potential loss of millions of dollars if the stock was sold today,  a year and a half after its IPO.  There is the matter of the 132 million dollars GM still owes the American taxpayers, not to mention the question of where the $6.6 billion in loan payments (1st quarter, 2010) came from,   in view of the fact that GM did not make a profit in any of the four quarters of 2009, losing 4.4 billion dollars in the 2009 4Q, alone.   As long as these questions remain unanswered,  this blog will follow this story.

Update and end notes: 

We could add at the several Secret Service scandals beginning with the exposure of the Columbia incident --  again, something that occurred on Obama's watch;  something for which Bush would have been excoriated  had he been the President.
