While Kerry frames the 1.7 billion as a 'little bit of money," he ignores the 180 billion in confiscated funds returned to Iran , again, as a bribe for agreement on the 10 year Iranian Nuclear Deal .

 Just to be clear: The $1.7 billion was paid in untraceable currency, flown into Iran under the dark of night in an unmaked Cessna type plane,  and given to Iran as a bribe for their usigned, non-binding and limited agreement with the John Kerry fairytale "treaty."  

Never forget that Obama and his minions tried to help the Muslim Brotherhood takeover Egypt,  destroyed the government of Libya and permitted the deaths of our Ambassador and his inner circle,  ran guns into Syria,  premitted the deaths of 32 Navy Seals,  ran guns into Mexico resulting in the deaths of two border agents, and etc.  In short,  he was nothing short of cold blooded revolutionary reformer.

Daily Caller:  “When we are sitting there trying to get Iran to come to the table in a way that they understand the ballistic missile testing has to stop, the support of terrorism has to stop, they have to quit selling arms to the Houthis … to have another American say ‘don’t worry about it’, that absolutely is anti-American,” Haley continued. “It was hurtful to the American people.”
The former secretary of state admitted to conducting shadow diplomacy meetings with Iran’s foreign minister in an attempt to discuss paths around President Donald Trump’s policy. 
Kerry has defended himself, contending that another former secretary of state, Henry Kissinger, also continues to conduct meetings with foreign leaders.
“[Kissinger] never goes out of the country without telling our administration,” Haley replied. “He works with us and tells us what he’s doing all the time. Secretary Kerry – we didn’t know that conversation happened, we didn’t know what he was doing.”

SPIEGEL is reporting that intelligence agencies within Israel,  Palestine and other Arab states,  eavesdropped on John Kerry,  during Mid-East negotiations in 2013,  proving,  of course,  that no one trust this man,  that his agenda is that of the Obama Administration,   and, not representative of anyone in the Middle East conflict. 

As it turns out,  a number of calls Kerry made to “high ranking  . . . partners,” during negotiations last year,   were incrypted and transmitted via satellite,  rather than by telephone.  Some of these messages – if not all - were intercepted by the principles named above.  As a side bar,  I doubt that the Russians and the Chinese were not not listening,  as well.  

Before Congress left for the summer break,  it approved continued funding of Israel’s Iron Dome  ($225 million).  What many fail to realize,  is that this Administration – while not opposing the funding – did not sponsor the bill or directly ask for the appropriations;  at least,  there are no reports of this happening. 

Since the appropriations,  Netanyahu,  the PM of Israel,  has cautioned Obama, publicly,  against second guessing him,  and we all know how Obama hates being corrected,  especially in the public square.     Both Israel and Egypt have made it clear  they did not and do not want Kerry in the Middle East.  He continues to inject himself,  anyway,  and the collapse of the most recent 72 hour humanitarian peace,  broken by Hamas within minutes of it’s declaration,  is proof of Kerry’s ineptitude and total lack of influence.

Over the weekend,  Israel inadvertently bombed the entrance to a Palestinian shelter,  killing 10.  It is not being reported that children were counted in this number.   Obama and his minions immediately went public in their harsh criticism of Israel – something a “friend” of Israel would have never done (see the lede in the "After Notes" and know that the story was written by a WH spokesman).  

Understand that if Obama and his anti-Jewish cabal (including Valarie Jarrett,  Michelle, and John Kerry),  were solely in charge of US policy as to Israel,  the Iron Dome would have been used as leverage to force Israel to its knees,  before the New Jewish Messiah.  But the likes of Hillary Clinton,  Chuck Schumer, and Harry Reid are on the record as being supporters of Israel.  Obama must know that,  in view of this rather significant Democrat support, his dislike for Israel runs the risk of increasing the possibility of impeachment,   should he been seen as complicit in an Israeli collapse.   

In the end,  no one trusts this Administration.  Kerry, in the Middle East,  is far more unpopular than Hillary,  as Secretary of State,  and his buffoonery is only a display of the feckless president he represents.  As is the case with every other foreign affair,  the Palestinian situation is as bad as it gets,  thanks to Obama and his know nothing,  inner circle.  Understand this,  without default:  When it comes to Israel,  Obama is no different from a Chicago, Jew hating, street thug,  and the passing of time only validates this fact.

From the Times (bracketed headline and red highlights are this blog's):   When The Times of Israel’s Avi Issacharoff first reported the content of John Kerry’s ceasefire proposal on Friday afternoon, I wondered if something had gotten lost in translation. It seemed inconceivable that the American secretary of state would have drafted an initiative that, as a priority, did not require the dismantling of Hamas’s rocket arsenal and network of tunnels dug under the Israeli border. Yet the reported text did not address these issues at all, nor call for the demilitarization of Gaza.

It seemed inconceivable that the secretary’s initiative would specify the need to address Hamas’s demands for a lifting of the siege of Gaza, as though Hamas were a legitimate injured party acting in the interests of the people of Gaza — rather than the terror group that violently seized control of the Strip in 2007, diverted Gaza’s resources to its war effort against Israel, and could be relied upon to exploit any lifting of the “siege” in order to import yet more devastating weaponry with which to kill Israelis.

Israel and the US are meant to be allies; the US is meant to be committed to the protection of Israel in this most ruthless of neighborhoods; together, the US and Israel are meant to be trying to marginalize the murderous Islamic extremism that threatens the free world. Yet here was the top US diplomat appearing to accommodate a vicious terrorist organization bent on Israel’s destruction, with a formula that would leave Hamas better equipped to achieve that goal.

The appalled response to the Kerry proposal by the members of the security cabinet on Friday night, however, made plain nothing had gotten lost in translation at all. The secretary’s proposal managed to unite Israel’s disparate group of key political leaders — from Naftali Bennett and Avigdor Liberman on the right, through Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to Yair Lapid and Tzipi Livni on the center-left — in a unanimous response of horrified rejection and leaked castigation.

The Netanyahu government has had no shortage of run-ins with Kerry in the mere 18 months he has held office. The prime minister publicly pleaded with him in November not to sign the interim deal with Iran on its rogue nuclear program, and there has been constant friction between the two governments over thwarting Iran’s bid for the bomb. Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon in January ridiculed Kerry’s security proposals for a West Bank withdrawal, calling the secretary “messianic” and obsessive” in his quest for an accord with the Palestinians that simply wasn’t there. The collapse of the talks in March-April was accompanied by allegations from Jerusalem that Kerry had botched the process, telling Israel one thing and the Palestinian Authority another, including misrepresenting Israel’s position on Palestinian prisoner releases.

But none of those episodes, though deeply troubling and relating to issues central to Israel’s well-being, provoked the kind of outraged disbelief at Kerry’s performance that has been emanating from the Israeli leadership in the past 48 hours. Leaked comments from unnamed senior government sources to Army Radio, Channel 2 and other Hebrew outlets have described the secretary as amateurish, incompetent, incapable of understanding the material he is dealing with — in short, a blithering fool.

But actually, it’s worse than that. What emerges from Kerry’s self-initiated ceasefire mission — Israel had already accepted the Egyptian ceasefire proposal; and nobody asked him to come out on a trip he prefaced with sneering remarks about Israel’s attempted “pinpoint” strikes on Hamas terror targets — is that Jerusalem now regards him as duplicitous and dangerous.    Contrary to his public claim at his press conference in Cairo that his ceasefire proposal was “built on” the Egyptian initiative, it manifestly is nothing of the kind. As indicated by the unconfirmed text reported by Issacharoff, by other subsequent reports of its content, and by the cabinet’s outraged rejection, it is a proposal that, to quote an unnamed official cited by Channel 2, “tunneled under the Egyptian initiative,” a document, to quote from another of those leaked comments, that reads like it was drawn up for or even by Hamas’s Khaled Mashaal.

And Kerry didn’t let up after unleashing his dreadful proposal. Following Friday’s fiasco, he jetted off to Paris and, quite extraordinarily, convened further consultations dominated by countries that overtly wish to do Israel harm. He met with his counterparts from Turkey, whose Hamas-backing leadership has lately accused Israel of attempting genocide in Gaza and compared Netanyahu to Hitler, and with Qatar, Hamas’s funder in chief, directly accused by president Shimon Peres last week of financing Hamas’s rockets and tunnels. Staggeringly, he did not bring Israel, Egypt, or the PA to his Paris sessions.

There were further leaks from the cabinet at the weekend to the effect that Netanyahu and his colleagues did not formally announce their unanimous rejection of Kerry’s ceasefire proposal in order to avoid provoking a public diplomatic confrontation with Israel’s most important ally. Instead, word of the rejection was allowed to find its way out. That seems rather quaint given what is clearly a major crisis in Israel-US ties at a time when Israel finds itself in the midst of a complex and costly war.

[A big difference between Hillary and Kerry]

When Kerry’s predecessor, Hillary Clinton, got involved in the effort to broker terms for ending Operation Pillar of Defense in November 2012, it was self-evident, first, that a ceasefire was at hand, and, second, that the diplomatic work was being coordinated effectively with Jerusalem to ensure that Israel’s vital interests were being served. It is a testament to Kerry’s incompetence (or worse), and to the collapse of faith between him and Israel, that, when he headed ignominiously home on Saturday, neither of those assumptions held sway.

Whether through ineptitude, malice, or both, Kerry’s intervention was not a case of America’s top diplomat coming to our region to help ensure, through astute negotiation, the protection of a key ally. This was a betrayal.

Wednesday update:  The Administration just announced the collapse of peace talks between Hamas and Israel,  proving the point of this post.

If you were to talk to the Egyptians and the Israelis,   John Kerry is not wanted in the Middle East,  .  So why did he decide to go  . . . . . . . .   anyway?

First,  most obviously,  he has to go in order to save face,  and he has quite a face to save.  He is our Secretary of State,  but commands no respect as a member of this do-nothing and duplicitous Administration.  In view of that reality,  his first job is to pretend that leaders are listening,  that the US has a meaningful place at the bargaining table,  that people listen and believe our word,  that we are consistent allies of whoever   . . . . .    none of this being true,  of course,  hence I write of the need to "pretend."

Secondly,  the Administration has decided to ride the fence when it comes to assessing blame.  On the one hand,  Obama and Company,  have no choice but to admit that Israel has a right to protect its citizens.  On the other hand,  apparently,  Israel is not allowed to kill anyone in mounting that defense,  certainly it is not allowed to kill more than the death total of Hamas.  Kerry is one of the most vigorous critics of the one-sided death toll in this mini-war. And he is in the Middle East as a representative for "fairness"  in combat,  a position that benefits ONLY Hamas, in  this case.  Understand that "fairness" is the reason we cut and ran from Iraq and lost the Afghan War.

Third,  Hamas and the Obama administration are allies  of the Muslim Brotherhood,  Israel and Egypt are not.  To be clear,  when I write that the US is an ally of the Brotherhood,  an impossible statement to some reading this post,  keep in mind that the leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood visited the White House by invitation  (August 5, 2012),  and Obama supported their takeover of Egypt,  after he (Obama) destabilized that nation's existing government.

Is it possible that this "alliance" is one sided and not mutual?  As crazy as that sounds,  I believe that this is not only possible,  but the reality.  Such is an extension of the Obama Doctrine on Unilateralism.  He believes that,  given time,  unilateral action and support (usually in the form of financial aid) will have a mutual benefit,  that the "enemy" will eventually see the good nature of the United States leadership,  and become agreeable to our "peace agenda."  Unilateralism is not a new tactic.  Jimmy Carter believed in it's importance and made a huge mess of things.  Bill Clinton's Secretary of State,  Madeleine Albright once stated,  "It is unfair that we  [the US] are the only super power in the world,  today"  and is speaking out against Irael,  as recently as yesterday,  saying "Israel is over-doing it" as to its war tactic in the present crisis.     Of course,  the "peace at any price" crowd has no examples of success in this stated nonsense,  but they continue to believe in the higher values of the human spirit,  even in communities such as the butchers who practice Islamic Jihad.  

In the end,  Kerry's sarcasm as to Israel,  exposed with the recent open mic episode (see the video), proves his true allegiance and is the "rest of the story" as we try to understand Middle East

opposition to this Administration and the Israeli/Egyptian distrust of the American President and his side kick  -  a traitor,  in his own right, to the soldiers of the Viet Nam war days.

Editor's notes:  I wonder why the Viet Nam traitor,  John Kerry,  even makes an appearance,  on this issue.  Russia taking back Crimea?  That is so 19th century,  according to Kerry.  Russia's trustworthiness before the take-over?   "After my 6 hour meeting,  Russia has assured us that there will be no take-over" (or words to that effect).    When this proved to be a lie - 24 hours later - Kerry criticized the Russians with this: "I want to assure Russia and the world that we do not want confrontation with Russia."  

And now,  this latest barrage of tough talk from this Administration:  "With all due respect,"  "surprised and disappointed,"  as he points out the Russian lie:  Nothing jibes "at all with the reality or what's happening on the ground."  No kidding,  Sherlock.  

Good grief,  what a bunch of fools we have in the White House.  

Impeach the President???  You have to be kidding.  Do that,  and,  we inherit Joe the Blow with Nancy Pelosi as his VP.
