How to beat gun registration between family members:

I have four guns (one long rifle, two shot guns and  and a nine m handgun) that will be given to my kids . . . .  without registration  . . . .  when I die.   Here is why they do not have to worry about the State taking those guns:  Just don't kill anyone and you are home free.  Besides,  here in California,  the State does not keep registration records on rifles/shotguns after six months.  Why?  too many such guns to keep tabs on.

BTW,  my single shot H&R 12 guage belonged to my brother and has never been registered   . . . .   and never will be. (Sometimes,  you beat the system by simply ignoring the system.)
