The DOJ gave instructions ordering Mueller to limit his commentary to the words and conclusions of his report.

Gerald Nadler responds to the DOJ's instructions ordering Mueller to limit his commentary to the words and conclusions of his report.  In his responce ,  Nadler said:  "[Mueller] does not have to listen to the DOJ.  He does not work for them."

But, of course,  Mueller does work for the DOJ.  That is precisely why Mueller gave his report to AG Barr and not directly to the Democrat Congress.  And you will see this fact confirmed tomorrow,  if not before.

And his report said, " [this report] does not conclude that the President committed a crime."  That general statement includes,  of necessity,  any supposed crimes involving the obstruction of justice. Case closed,  end of discussion.
