Democrats want reparations? Fine. Let them pay. They are the ones who created the problem.

Daily Caller:   In his recent testimony to Congress, Burgess Owens, a former NFL player and a descendant of slaves, says that Democrats should be the ones to pay reparations.
The reason? The Democratic Party was the party under which slavery was fought for, the Klu Klux Klan was founded and Jim Crow laws were established. 
 Though the policies of the democratic party have shifted dramatically in the post-19^th century era, he believes they are still the party that is holding down the black community in the United States.

Editor:  In fact,  the Progressives' two presidential heroes, Woodrow Wilson and  FDR,  were anti-Black leaders.  Wilson segregated the military in WW I and  FDR did the same during WW II.  In fact,  Jesse Owens,  the black Olympian star,  winning those games in 1936 in Germany,  was never invited to the White House by Franklin Roosevelt precisely because he was black.
