Former Vice President Joe Biden said Friday he opposes increasing the number of seats on the Supreme Court.
“No, I’m not prepared to go on and try to pack the court, because we’ll live to rue that day,” Biden said in an interview with Iowa Starting Line.

Editor: Understand that the High Court voted against Obama 9-0 nearly 20 times with two of the judges being his appointees, so the Court is not as Liberal or Conservative as many think. I mean, is Roberts as "conservative" as we would like him to be, or even Kavanah?

Biden is absolutely corrent. Adding seats to the court in an effort to balance out the present and so-called "conservative leaning" Court could very well have a negative affect against Liberals. Look at the Democrats decision to get rid of the filibuster in the appointment of federal judges . . . . Trump wins the election and 145 "conservative leaning" justices have been appointed to the federal court system because of the Democrat's "nuclear option." Thank you very much, Democrat's brain trust.
