There are military changes taking place in N Korea that give us all a reason to hope.

If you read the report found at the Daily Caller, here,  you are aware the Kim Jung UN replaced his top three military leaders, in May,  and,  put more moderate leaders in their place.  He also ordered his foreign ministry to tone down the harsh rhetoric, rhetoric that led to the cancellation of the summit,  a couple of weeks ago.  

I am guessing that Kim did not plan to move away from the summit, and,  while he allowed the tough rhetoric to continue,  in the end,  he did not want to walk away form the summit meeting with Trump.  To my way of thinking,  this is a very good sign.  

But who really knows?  All I am saying is there is good reason for hope.  Time will tell,  of course.
