Editor: In view of the fact that Dems use "racism" to the exclusion of GOP efforts, the U.S.A. Today study is clear evidence that Russia believed Hillary would win the 2016 election, and, consequently dedicated itself to the task of polluting the American Electorate against Trump, flooding the political theater with the nonsense that Trump is/was a Russian agent.
