You are looking at Memeorandum screen shot,  a news portal,  with a Reuters headline from yesterday,  proclaiming,  "Trump's revised  travel ban dealt first court setabck."  Early this morning,  the Seattle judge who ruled against the first order,  refused to stop the second order  . . . .  no mention of this on Memeorandum and its portal of liberal news sites   . . . .  no mention,  not even a hint.
