Last night, Donald Trump asserted himself as "The President of the United States."

According to Nielsen's overnight ratings, President Trump's speech grabbed a 27.8 household. Obama's first speech scored 33.4 on Neilsen's rating system. so,  "Obama wins."

But we have been down this path before   . . . . .   comparing Obama with Trump.  The first dealt with the inauguration comparison.  Obama was declared the winner by the Mainstream Marxist Media.  Problem:  no one on the Left factored in social media and the 16 million folks watching CNN's live stream of the Trump Inauguration. With those considerations,  Trump won the day by six million voters.

Similar problem to last night.  Per Neilsen,  Trump did score higher on NBC,  but that is not the problem. Again, social media has not/was not counted.   And that is significant because of this Nielsen revelation:  Since the Obama Inauguration speech. the Millennial T.V. demographic of 18-24 year olds,  has fallen off by a whopping 40%.

These young people are not enamored by One World politics.  More than Neilsen,  the fact that so many saw Bernie Sanders as a viable political choice,  is a critical marker.  Combine their lack of interest in Democrat Party politics with the retreating labor union populations,  and you may have a Democrat party that cannot win a presidential election,  as things stand today.

At any rate,  as the anti-Trump Chris Wallace (FoxNewsSunday), said last night,  "With this speech,  Donald Trump became the President of the United States."

I could not agree more.
