The pipeline is a "go" after an 8 year word game played by the do-nothings in the past Administration.

CNBC:   The United States Army Corps of Engineers on Tuesday said in a court filing it intends to grant an easement needed to complete the hotly disputed Dakota Access pipeline.

The Corps also said it would terminate its plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement. This comes after President Donald Trump last month signed a presidential memo that asked the Army to expedite that process and move forward the project.

 This action will serve [to] facilitate completion of the last mile and a half of the 1,172 mile pipeline, connecting the Bakken and Three Forks oil production areas in North Dakota to an existing crude oil terminal near Pakota, Illinois.
