About that gag order directed to Ag and the EPA: Per this morning's presser, Sean Spicer told the reporters that no such order was given by Trump. If such orders exist, they are the product of current departmental policy to the exclusion of the White House.

Maybe the President has more allies in these departments than some of us know.
