You should know that the L.A./USC daily tracking poll has Trump up 46.6 to 43.2 over Hillary. This is significant because it is a poll with a liberal bias that measures the same group of 3,000 folks living in the LA basin on a daily basis. If you know anything about Los Angeles , you know that its Hispanic population is the majority ethic group. The basin is hardly a conservative conclave. The poll measures the same population, as I have mentioned, on a day to day basis, believing this is the best methodology for determining changing electorate opinions. The results of Sunday's polling, published on Monday, has Trump up nearly 4 points. Understand that on the 25th of October, Hillary was up on Trump nearly a full point in this very poll.

It is clear to me that this poll shows a definite and positive impact favoring Trump, because of the growing email scandal that has Hillary on the defensive.

Understand that this poll has correctly picked the national winner in the past two elections and is recommended by the president of RealClearPolitics.
