Good news about the threat to "fact check" during hte debates.

In the world of politics,  there is absolutely nothing that is "non-partisan,"  including the function of "fact checking."  The push by the Clinton people to force the networks to take sides using the thinly veiled pretense of fact-checking,  is  as much a threat to the viewers as is an outright lie such as "you can keep your doctor, period," or "I did nothing with my emails that others before me had not done."

In fact,  the very word "politics" is a permissive word allowing for deception and fraud,  and all of us who view politics with a critical eye know this to be true.  So let's stop pretending that politics is not about making fools out of the voters,  and pray that we wind up with an elected official who will keep us safe,  and allow us to go about our business as we see fit.  Hillary is opposed to this;  Trump seems to allow for our freedom.

At any rate,  the networks have announced that they will not be fact checking during the debates.  End of problem   . . . . . .  we hope.
