Proof that the Obama Ameriacn Recovery Act was a fraud.

Two years ago, I took a ride over the Great Western Divide and down into Lake Isabella. This is a bridge you pass on your way to Lake Isabella. The signage was not placed next to this bridge before 2010. Problem: the bridge was built in the mid-1970's, more than 30 years before the fraud that is/was the American Recovery Act.
