Editor's notes: Understand that it is one thing for the Court to make decisions that have political impact, and quite another thing for political outsiders to seek to align the Court's judicial council along political party lines . . . . . . . and this latter consideration is exactly what Hillary proposes to do. Surprisingly shallow and partisan, even for a Clinton.
