For starters (in answering the question in our headline), this proves relatively nothing. If anything, it is a beginning for the defeat of Hillary. Secondly, I believe it demonstrates the fact that the cover-up and lie (that fantasy video) is seen as more Obama's failing than Hillary's. Indeed, it was her State Department, but to imagine that she ran State independently of Obama's idiocy, is to imagine too much. This particular poll would have implications if the result was more along the lines of a 70/30 split against Hillary. It is not, and, as a consequence, this poll means very little.
