Editor's notes:  The two headlines tell the story:  Kerry's wishful thinking, political pandering at its worst,  versus the truth of the matter:  The Obama Administration is dealing with a powerful opponent who knows he will not have to pay a price for what he is already done (the annexation of Crimea) or what he is about to do in Ukraine and/or Georgia.  He knows that now is the time for action,  during the last two three years of Obama.  "Peace," for Putin,  is only the quiet time between reloading.  But, yeah,  that is soooooo 19th century,  and Putin is only a regional leader (versus our leading from behind,  whatever in the h.e. double L that means).

Understand that Putin has nearly 100,000 troops along the borders of the two countries,  mentioned above,  and Kerry wants us all to believe that he has crafted some sort of diplomatic breakthrough.  Well,  this Administration has played games,  partied 'til dawn,  and talked its butt off,  for five years.  It is too late to stop Putin,  all the bloviating not withstanding.
