<<<<< Indeed,  our worst fears have been realized. 

 I have reviewed dozens of headlined stories.  See you Tuesday,  I hope.  You may not know it,  but this blog is celebrating its 1.1 millionth hit.   "Thank you" to those who frequent Midknight Review.  I trust  that you have noted progress in the quality of our reporting and commentary over the years  (since the summer of 2008 for this blog). 

Our history includes a Google shutdown on Xmas eve of 2009.  I completely lost 2,200 articles and a growing readership.  We were up and running with a new URL on the 28th of that year.  

It is a little chilling when you realize that we now live in a country that,  for the first time,  we are experiencing successful attempts, by the State,  to silence opposing speech in the most criminal of ways and you, me,  we -  have no say in the matter except to carry on and work to eradicate the Marxist Misfits who are committed to the destruction of our nation and our liberties.
 
Indeed,  we have good reason not to trust Central Planning,  and, these reasons go far beyond the theoretical;  reasons that   are grounded in the reality of a federal system that no longer pretends to abide in accord with Constitutional values and protocol.  We are witnessing the demonstration of our worst fears.   

Update: I made note of the birth of this State sponsored effort to silence opposing speech, on the occasion that found Barack Obama standing in the yard of  "Joe the Plumber."  Understand that before that particular moment in American history,  the common citizenry was "off limits" to media characterizations and rhetorical/published assassinations.   With "Joe," the very next broadcast day,  we were hearing reports that his name was not really "Joe,"  that he owed the IRS some $1,600 in back taxes,  that he was divorced and that he was not a licensed plumber.  

Such reporting sent this message to the general population:  "You are no  longer 'safe.'  If you speak up, as a common joe blow, we (the socialist media in support of the likes of Barack Obama) will destroy your character in the name of  'honest reporting,' so think twice before you decide to speak your mind in the public square.  If you do,  we will use the bully pulpit on you,  and drive you into the ground,  if possible."

It was on that very occasion,  when I realized I needed to speak out in spite of the fact that I  had much I did not not want the world to know and "Midknight Review" was born.  

Looking back,  I can see the collusion between a supposedly unknown Barack Obama and the Marxist Media that has supported him from the very beginning.   

Obviously,  they knew much about him, when the rest of us did not, and understood what his candidacy and election would mean to their progressive,  socialist,  one world, borderless,  redistributionist,  anti-traditional America, "movement." 

The Media Hate Machine was birthed in that moment in time,   with no recourse or protections for members of the general population or those who might express concerns about where these Marxist Misfits were taking this country.  You might not agree with what I write,  but in some camps,  there are those who still believe I have the right to say what I say.  

If,  however, you are a supporter of Barack Obama,  you do not share that belief.  You do not believe I have any rights,  but must shut the hell up.   

Over the past five years,  this Ignorant of a President,  has tried to force our churches to hire unbelievers (Hosanna-Tabor  Lutheran Church v the EEOC - http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/hosanna-tabor-evangelical-lutheran-church-and-school-v-eeoc/),  has tried to take our homes via his EPA (Sacketts vs the EPA),  has preached wealth redistribution from the "rich" when he actually meant "from the working middle class,"  and has divided this nation more deeply than ever before.  He has couched our election cycles as "the best opportunity for revenge," ( http://theulstermanreport.com/2012/11/01/valerie-jarret-after-we-win-this-election-its-our-turn-payback-time-wsi/ ) and has even resorted to the use of such pejorative (read "filthy")  terms as "teabagger" to describe his opponents.  He is a classless jerk,  an impostor,  even to the purest in the progressive movement,  and,  after five years, a failed president.
