At some point in time, the Federal Government has spent enough money: THAT is the problem embedded within ObamaCare.

From Politico:    The Obama administration is readying a multimillion-dollar onslaught of ads in a dozen red states to encourage Americans to sign up for Obamacare insurance exchanges, media-tracking sources tell POLITICO.

CMS has reserved at least $12 million in airtime starting Sept. 30 in Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana and Michigan.

All but one, Missouri, are led by Republican governors — including many who have been hostile to the health law — and even in Missouri, a Republican-dominated legislature has set an anti-Obamacare agenda.

The number of states and the total cost of the ad campaign are both expected to grow with the approach of the enrollment period that begins on Oct. 1. The administration awarded a $41 million PR contract to the firm Weber Shandwick earlier this year to promote participation.

Editor’s notes:  And with this news,  we see how Obama uses federal dollars, legally,  to campaign against the GOP.  Understand that this propaganda campaign is not just about ObamaCare,  but,  also,  the 2014 mid-term elections. 

This blog predicted the problems we are having today,  with the implementation of ObamaCare,  a bill that took a full year to write and pass in spite of the fact that there was no legislative opposition from the Right  --  none.  

How is that possible,  to take a full year to author and pass a bill in a legislative process in which the opposition (the feckless GOP) was not allowed to submit a a single amendment and voted against the bill without a single dissenting Republican vote,  even from the GOP’s far left Collins and Snowe?  How is that possible?  Because it was written behind closed doors and was more about the take-over of our national economy and the accumulation of political power for one party, than it was about reducing healthcare costs and helping the poor. 

And,  today,  the Democrat Socialist Party is paying the price for their own malfeasance. 

In the Supreme Court’s decision to approve ObamaCare as a tax,  it also allowed the individual states to reject participation in the Federal exchanges ordered by the healthcare reform bill,  and in that decision,  created implementation problems for our Socialist politicians that they did  not envisioned  . . . . .   and still do not know how to overcome. 

And what a mess it is:

• The 50 state exchanges critical to the new healthcare process,  will cost millions,  if not billions,  of dollars,  money that is not supplied by ObamaCare,  costs the states were going to spend helping the Feds set up this bit of socialist idiocy.  Instead,  the Feds have to come up with both the money and the staff (more federal agencies) to set up the exchanges,  including some 30-25 exchanges that have opted out of the first stage of this plan, altogether.  After three years (the bill was passed in March of 2010) none of the exchanges are up and running,  despite Media statements that pretend otherwise. 
• Subsidies to the poor will pay for up to 90% of their insurance costs,  but the Feds have no way of verifying income claims,  and are stuck having to “trust” the folks as to their stated income.  
• Kathleen Sebilius, head of HHS,  went out and tried to raise money via “donations” from insurance companies,  an illegal action,  and was ordered to “cease and desist.”    Can you imagine,  the largest Federal program in history,  being run on donations  !!  Yet,  that is exactly where the Feds find themselves.  
• The is no way to secure the information being collected for this program.  Those security measures have not been put in place because of lack of staff and money.  All the information the Feds is collecting,  is simply sitting in digital files,  somewhere,  fully accessible to evil people who would use that information for crimes and misdemeanors against the individuals this bill is supposedly helping. ObamaCare, as it stands at this time,  is the largest source of information for those trafficking in the crime of identity theft.
• A third of all hospitals are opting out of the program,  altogether,  because of impossible reimbursement returns and the lack of digital security.  Mt Sinai,  in California,  for example,  just announced it will not be a part of this program.  You want the best quality hospital,  well,  I guess you will have to go to Canada,  for the time being. 
• In time,  all private insurance will be gone,  except for those programs funded by the uber rich.  
• The Feds are so far off schedule with their exchanges,  that they have been forced to postpone inclusion of the employer mandate for nearly two years (2015 at the earliest) and the individuals entering the program as of October 1,  will be placed into  . . . . . . . . . .  what,  exactly?   But the Feds need their tax dollars,  so we all will pretend that for the individual,  the exchanges exist while they do not exist, for the employers.   
• The work week has been shortened from 40 hours to 29.5  by employers who cannot afford to offer mandated benefits,  and the unions are screaming for repeal and replace legislation – but no one is listening. Understand that 70% of all jobs "created" for the past year have been part-time  . . . . .   a stinking disaster for the working poor.

Anyway,  I could go on.  Suffice it to say,  it is a mess,  and folks like me think this is hilarious.  ObamaCare was written by power hungry socialist politicians,  to the exclusion of insurance company input and the advise and consent of the medical community. ObamaCare is a medical insurance program and the people who know the most about the business of insurance along with those who know all there is to know about medical procedures,  were excluded from the legislative process.  

But keep voting for the morons who wrote the bill,  proving you are as unformed as the clowns you keep in power.
