Valerie Jarrett “lists” Obama’s achievements and comes up with two: one is his ObamaCare Mess and, two,
the pending immigration bill.
Understand
that the Dodd/Frank “too big to failure” bill (Spring of 2010) was a third choice, but Jarrett does not mention this, probably because, after three years, the bill is only 47% written and has already
failed in its primary goal.
She includes ObamaCare but ignores
the fact that ObamaCare has a long way to go before it is a proven “legacy”
item for Obama. To date, not a single one of the 50 state federal exchanges
have been set up and October 1 is the deadline for this. Speaking of “deadlines,” the Administration has missed more than half
of the ObamaCare deadlines and all of the major organization dates. There are no exchanges, no insurance company agreements with the
Feds, no employer mandates, no workable system for securing the
information collected and needed for this moronic bit of legislation to work in
a trustworthy manner. And since the
beginning of 2013, 70% of all jobs “created,” have been for
part-time positions.
Her second
choice is the pending immigration bill . . . . . never mind that if passed, it will have GOP imprinting all over its
pages --
hardly a legacy item for Obama,
but who within the Administration,
cares about this fact? So they
will make the claim and hope that history will eventually agree.
