MSNBC programming held the attention of 4.5 million folks while the more conservative Fox News saw an attendance of more than 12 million as it made a statement against those who cheer the "death" of conservatism.

Again, relatively few people folk, mostly those in waiting rooms and detention centers, watched Morgan.
