Obama has agreed to pay-off military contractors, using taxpayer money, in order to keep them quiet. This blog is one of the first to report on the matter - as crooked an action as has ever been taken by any Administration in American history.

According to Megyn Kelly (Fox News),  the Office of Management and Budget  (OMB)  has promised to spend your tax dollars to pay for legal fees and damages acquired by military contractors who do not hand out "pink notices"  as required by law.  This is a blatant and in your face scam of monumental proportions,  devised by the crooks in the Obama Administration,  in order to influence the coming elections.   

Understand that sometime shortly after the first of the year (2013),  monies will be cut off to military contractors,  due to a thing called "sequestration."  Construction employers are required by law,  to issue  90 notices to any and all workers who might be affected,  whether they are affected or not,  in the final analysis.  

If notices are not supplied,  and workers are laid off,  that construction firm can be held financially responsibly by the workers,  in courts of law.  They can sue for damages.  

These notices must go out on November 1,  days before the election,  in order to be compliant with Federal Law and to protect the employers from these law suites.   Again,  THAT IS THE LAW  -  but who in the Democrat Party believes in "law."  Certainly no Democrat reading this blog;  certainly no one in Democrat Party leadership.  

As a result, another cover-up has been added to the growing list transgressions.
