West Palm abortion protester faces federal lawsuit
For years, women seeking services at Presidential Women's Center have faced a gantlet of anti- abortion opponents.
They sing hymns. They wave signs. They hand out leaflets. They yell.
But one of the protesters, the leader of a group that has long targeted the West Palm Beach clinic, apparently went too far.

The "apparently went too far" was an editorial comment made by the Post without any of its reporters taking the time to investigate.
According to LifeNews.com, a site often quoted in this Review, tells us the Holder/Obama DOJ has had to drop its suit, after 18 months of legal nonsense, and pay the defendant a whopping $120,000.

In LifeNews' coverage, we have this report: Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Justice had sought to levy thousands of dollars in fines against the pro-life activist as well as seeking a permanent injunction banning her from continuing her faithful 20-year ministry outside an abortion clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“But this scheme was thrown out of court and drew criticism from Judge Kenneth L. Ryskamp, who concluded that the government lacked evidence to prove not just one, but “all three elements of its FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) claim,” said Mathew Staver, Chairman of Liberty Counsel Action, whose organization is assisting Pine.
An appeals court ruled against the DOJ including the award of 120,000. The DOJ has decided to cut its loses and end the ordeal.
