Forget the "Civil War" analogy -- We are in a second Revolutionary War and ObamaCare is the first major attack of the enemy within. Here is what they have planned next

Nathan Newman,  a fairly well known socialist reformer and lawyer,  wrote these words in the Huffington,  on the April the 5th:
With the threat of the Supreme Court striking down the most important progressive domestic initiative in a generation, we should be talking about impeaching Supreme Court Justices who engage in such right-wing judicial activism.
Impeachment?  Many progressives shrink back in horror at such a supposed affront to judicial independence.  For an example, see Ruth Marcus'stizzy over President Obama's rather mild (and accurate) statement that unelected judges striking down such a core economic regulation would be unprecedented in the post-1930s legal environment.
Editor's notes:  understand that folks like this are not friends of the American way and misuse the notion of "democracy."  In a reading of his full article,  Newman clearly believes that "democracy" is the rule of the simple majority,  without respect to minority opinion.  Nearly all socialists use the term "democracy" in this manner.  In countries such as Red China, Russian, Venezuela, Cuba and states within our federalist union such as California and Wisconsin,  anarchist manipulate the larger population,  taking away its voice and right to debate,  and then force its rule upon them in fixed elections, the end result being "democratic" rule.  Minorities are not welcomed in these environs.
In California,  the "no-name political movement (a socialist ploy) and redistricting in the name of  "social fairness" has established a  hegemonic permanency to the rule of the social Democrat Party. Minority opinion plays little role in the governance of our state (California).   Sadly,  the rest of the nation is on the same track.
In the immediate Supreme Court case, Newman means to argue that "democracy " is served only  when a Democrat controlled legislative body can wheel and deal,  refuse to take congressional vote after vote after vote until  a vote can be secured that assures the desired outcome and then,  claim the process was fair and balanced or . . . . . . . .  "democratic."
You say, "huh ??'  And I say,  Obama's social transformation bill we call ObamaCare,  would have failed in the Senate on at least four occasions in 2009 but Reid postponed the scheduled vote on four occasions when it was obvious the vote would not have been to his liking.  On the fifth occasion,  the bill was passed but with only a 51 vote majority and ObamaCare was crammed down our throats  ----   Mr Newman framing this as a victory for "democracy."
Impeach the High Court?  No !  I say,  drive the anarchist/socialists from our midst,  once and for all!  They are not friends of true "representative democracy."   They only use the Constitution to defeat the Constitution,  and they have been hard at work since the days of FDR and before.
Point of post:  you should know that talk of  impeaching High Court justices,  is happening as I write.  Senator Blumenthal (D-Conn) shares the same opinions as that of Anarachist Newman,  as reported by TPM on March the 28th.
The Holder response letter,  clearly puts forth the opinion that the High Court has "no business" passing judgment on legislation that is drafted and approved in line with the notion of commerce (see my review of Holder, here).
There is no doubt,  that Obama and his Anarchist buds have an attack strategy in mind,  should the High Court judge against their social agenda as laid out in the ObamaCare reformation act.  Be prepared.
